I placed an order on the app, and got a notice about 20 minutes later that it was on the way. The order was running a bit late, so I called the store and no one answered. Kept trying and after about 10 tries and 2 hours later, I ended up getting connected to some kind of centralized help line who tried to call the restaurant themselves. They couldn’t get anyone to pick up the phone either.If you are too busy or don’t have the staff to even pick up the phone, why do you still accept orders on the website?

This is one of the best Pizza Huts I've been to. My order is always on point. My pan crust is always cooked to perfection with the perfect amount of topping. My wings have the right amount of sauce and are not all hard and overcooked. My order is normally early and fresh. And on top of it all, the delivery drivers are nice, respectful and friendly. I love it.

Food was cold and burnt at the same time somehow. This is the 3rd time this has happened. If you’re dying for Pizza Hut, go to a different store. An hour and a half to deliver is ridiculous. The other one star reviews for this store is valid.

This location fast, accurate, and makes the perfect "Pizza Hut" pizza. After a dozen pick-ups - I trust them to always do a good job.

Not good. First of all the wait time was 1:30 hours long, the pizzas we ordered were burnt, cold and tasted like they were expired, the managers are rude and racist and will treat you like dirt . Stay away from this place place. I also saw one of the women and one of the man working there inappropriately touching each other. I think the man and the woman were going to have se+ . It’s a weird and scary place to be and I wish something will be done soon. If I could I would leave a zero star review if that was possible.

I am a DoorDash delivery driver and recently dashed this Pizza Hut. The employee was extremely rude to me. I walked in and showed him my order he proceeds to tell me "your very late." I said "what?" He said "this order was supposed to be picked up 30 min ago what have you been doing." I told him "I just finished doing another order and only got this order about 10 minutes ago and came straight here." He then keeps being rude to me saying "why were you driving all around quivira instead of getting the order?" I tried explaining how I just got this order then he hands the pizza and goes "here. Next time pick it up when it's supposed to be picked up." The pick up time in my app was 12:33 and I picked it up at 12:25.
