Same as other complaints. The phone rang and rang…. no one answered and even though the door was locked, there was no sign on the door or any of the windows either. Poor management must have ended this Pizza Shoppe

Tried to order from here last weekend. Phone was busy for 50 redials, so drove up to order in person.... closed for "remodeling." It seems they actually closed a month ago with a sign that read "closed due to poor ownership."I didn't see any evidence of remodeling going on, you'd think they would put a voice greeting on their phone so people would know.Ended up ordering from the Olathe Pizza Shoppe.... they got the order wrong.Skip the whole chain is my advice. Rosati's is opening just a few doors down at I-69 and 151st, much better.

Just a word of warning, this sign has allegedly been up for several days. It's kind of sad, the food is usually pretty good here.

I don't know what has happened to Pizza Shoppe. They used to be the best pizza but now they won't even answer the phone at 6:45 on a Tuesday at the 151st store. Other reviews bear that out. Brand is slipping...ordering Minsky's instead. I am guessing they can't staff.,,

Love this place! We called them to see if they ever had discounts for law enforcement (we're buying lunch for our campus police) and they were more than happy to give us a discount! Thanks for showing love to our police officers!

Just all around unenjoyable. Waiter seemed very distracted, food took exceptionally long and then was not good. Macaroni was dry and flavorless, manicotti for my 8yo was microwaved to death and given directly to him, our pizzas were overcooked slopped together. Not surprised there were only 2 other customers in there.

Very old style pizza place. Reminds me a little of my fav pizza place in the 80-90’s. It was decent. Service was good.

Worst carry out experience in a long time, maybe ever. Called in the lunch pasta special & was advised it would be ready in 30 mins. I arrive 30 mins later, I’m the only customer and there’s a staff of at least 7 people, all kids, 2 of which are sitting at the bar, one drinking a beer. Another is sitting at a booth on her phone. I pay, they give me my drink, then they tell me they forgot about my order and to give them 10 mins while they make my food. The employee drinking at the bar asked his other coworker what I was waiting on found it hysterical that my order was forgotten. 15 minutes later, they hand me two boxes - a huge one and a medium sized one. I leave, get back to my office and discover that nowhere in any of these boxes is my salad that comes with it. I’d give the experience 0/5 if it were an option. What a ridiculous experience, I’ll never be back.

Ate there today. Lid was not screwed on the Parmesan cheese. Dumped the whole bottle on my salad and table. Waitress didn’t even offer to clean it up. Pizza was burnt. I see this location closing its doors soon!!!!!
Food was great but service was terrible. One kid running the place.

All three pizzas that we ordered for our granddaughter's 10th birthday party were severely burnt. Immediately contacted the staff and store manager to report the issue and they stated that is how their pizzas are served. The pizzas were eventually replaced, but only after having to deal with their unprofessional staff and sharing photos of the burnt pizzas over the web. When we showed up to pickup the replacement pizzas. They tried to charge us 50% for the replacement pizzas along with 100% for the originals.
