This is a nice Mexican restaurant that impressed me. The place is busy, probably because the food is excellent. The portions are massive and thus the value is excellent as well, you will walk out very full. Complementary chips and salsa before the meal are also a boost. The service was good in spite of the busy lunch hour. I highly recommend The Salty Iguana to anyone visiting Overland Park.

This is my favorite place to go over my lunch break. The food is great especially their Iguana dip! All the staff is super friendly and take care of us quickly. Special shout out to Corey!!! He really goes above and beyond and we always love when he is our server. Definitely recommend going here.

This place is simply awful. I went there on "Taco Burrito Night". It's a Taco. Inside a Burrito. Seriously. This place is really the epitome of Johnson County cuisine...no taste, no culture, no class. Just throw something (anything) on a warm plate and put a bunch of cheese on it and people in JoCo will eat it...the fact that this restaurant is still in business is a testament to that simple fact.

We arrived at 7:16 with no wait. And just now at 7:40 we're asked if we would like to order food. We would have liked to have ordered drinks when we arrived. My friend had to ask someone random for water because she was so thirsty. Very poor service and not attentive. No one addressed the fact we have not been greeted for 20 min. We still don't know if we even have a waitress.

Celebrated "National Taco Day" here and was impressed! Tacos were fantastic and the service outstanding.

We got there and ordered before it got busy and it took a long time to get our food. Mine and my sons food came out first and they were both cold.. not even a hint of warmth. The rest of the table had there food come out about ten minutes after ours did. When their food came out I sent mine back (my son is little so it was fine this his quesadilla was cold), when they brought my redo out it was wrong. They finally got it out and honestly it just wasn't even worth the wait. I would never go back there.
