For my family this is our go to Teriyaki! Obviously the mall gets crowded and sometimes you have to rush when ordering but they have never disappointed us.

The cashier did not understand English and put in the wrong order. When my order came out it was wrong. The lady kept my receipt (didn't give it to me) overcharged me and the order was wrong. Too bad because the food is good.

If Google is right, they close at 6pm. Tried to order from them at 10 min before 6 but they said they were closed. Either Google, or the restaurant gets 1 star.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Having to deal with the special they have, they also have this card that if you buy a meal, you get a stamp, fill out the card and you get a free meal, BUT even if you get buy 1 get half off, they won't even give you ONE stamp for the FULLYPRICED meal. It doesn't say anywhere on the card or the promo about not getting one. I'm disappointed and if their chicken wasn't as good as it is I'd probably would have only gave it one star.

Picked up a to go order, instead of rice we got all noodles in the 5 bentos, the containers were also all cracked on the bottom as well, it was a huge mess. The food was mediocre at best and the noodles soaked in oil.
Sarku Japan is pretty dang good for mall food. I always order the chicken teriyaki or the shrimp and Chicken Teriyaki, and it's always great. Highly recommend if you are at the mall and looking for a cheap eat.

I'm stuck between a 3 and 4 stars for this place because I would like to say that the food was decent for food at a food court inside a mall. My husband and I had little time to spare to go anywhere else for something quick, and we didn't want burgers. We ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Bento box and it had a nice sampling of food for us to share and pick from. The sushi wasn't bad and neither was the Teriyaki chicken. I also bought some spare shrimp tempura, which was surprisingly good. If pressed for time again and needing to eat inside the mall, I might choose this place again for the box special. The only thing I didn't care for and wasn't too surprised was the service. Lack of communication in the English dept., and a bit on the rude side. I tried to ask some questions and was provided with a dumbfound look.

I have been here for a few times. Today I have teriyaki chicken bento box here. It is fresh, hot and delicious. This restaurant locates inside a mall. It is so convenient!!
