this location often gets my order wrong because the microphones/headsets do not work properly. even if they do get my order right, the way they make the coffee is awful. my flavored cold brew tasted like water and caramelliscious smells like BO because they cooked the beans too long. why should I continue to pay $7 for a coffee if instant tastes better at home? I ordered a cold brew today and got a flavorless iced coffee. what kind of coffee joint doesn't know the difference?it's also a lucky draw as to whether the server will sound like they hate you or not. though their best customer service is when they're busiest, and they may come out to take your order. it's an average scooters otherwise.overall I recommend a different location. this is the worst one I've been to. the best one is next to JCCC. I won't back to this location

Been going through the drive through a few times a week for the last 3 weeks or so. The coffee is, just ok, but drinkable, especially for $1.09. But, this morning, I pulled up to the window; the girl who was supposed to engage me and take my payment stuck her hand out the window with her head turned towards one of her coworkers; she was having small talk with them. I sat there, waited for her to look at me and tell me my total. She finally looked at me and said, "$1.09." I handed my card over, she handed me my drink and card and walked off and started looking at her phone. She actually seemed completely in shock that I was expecting some manner of engagement. I guess since the coffee is just ok, and now the service is pathetic; I'll never go back. Just lost my business, and hopefully the business of everyone I talk to about it. Word of mouth goes a long way.

I love the white chocolate mocha blender and the sugar cookie is great also. I noticed change in prices they are getting a little high in coffee prices could we just be consistent with the prices plz

I go to this scooters one or twice a week since my office is right across the street and I have to say that I have yet to have a bad experience (hopefully I don’t jinx myself) but the staff here is amazing. Whether it be their freaky Friday costumes or random questions. I never wait longer than a few minutes for my drink and have pleasant interactions. Starbucks could never, btw.
I usually go to a couple of different ones and everyone I go to the people are always very friendly. I usually get a smoothie and their egg and cheese biscuit and they are awesome

Absolutely love the peanut butter cup, oat milk and extra peanut butter. Sometimes I'll add a shot of expresso in it and it never ruins the peanut butter flavor!Everyone is always so nice as well.

I was originally planning on stopping somewhere else for coffee on this morning, but Labor Day hours messed that up. Scooters locations seem to be everywhere, so it worked fine as a backup.All the locations I saw were drive thru only places, so I guess that's the appeal of the local chain. The worker I spoke with was very chatty and friendly, even though it was only 7am when I stopped by.I ended up getting the Pumpkin Caramelicious (think PSL and add caramel) and an everything breakfast bagel. They were both tasty enough, but when you're stopping by a place like this, the point is speed and convenience, not for gourmet food. So, I wouldn't make a special trip here, but if you're in a rush but need your caffeine fix, this is the place to go.
