I only use the drive thru and I’ve never had an issue with this location ?? Staff is always friendly even in the early morning when we all know we aren’t happy to be awake. Other than customers not understanding drive thru etiquette, this is my go to spot!
Terrible experience, what e-cafe makes you pay to be there? It’s one thing to rent out the conference rooms, but single cubicles and tables they make you pay by the hour or day. What a way to lose business. Disappointing.

I've been a patron of this chain for nearly a decade and I abruptly stopped visiting once they changed their signature brew to some cheapened instant coffee sludge back in September (or even earlier). It is a shame, really. Just invest in a quality coffeemaker and make your own pot at home.

I did not know about this location until a friend suggested we meet here. The place has a nice layout and good feng shui for work or study. The customer service is good too. I found the staff friendly and service was quick. The food and coffee is the same as any Scooter's, so not much to say there. I liked the breakfast burrito and the coffee I had was fine.

got an everything bagel sandwich this morning and the middle 1/3 was still frozen :( this is the second time i’ve been to this location and the middle was frozen last time too. it’s just a little frustrating to spend 5 bucks on something that i can’t even eat fully.

I'm a mocha drinker and only stop at Scooters for convenience, usually when I travel. Not my favorite Mischa but it hits the caffeine fix when needed. Drive through service can be hit or miss.
