Usually don't come here because I am a Starbucks regular. However Scooters is a bit closer to my office so I thought I would try them out. Very disappointed to say that I had a horrible experience! Your main job is hot coffee, handed through a window. After getting the order made correctly one would think that priority 1 would be making sure the LID IS ON TIGHT!! Sorry a $5 cappuccino burning me down my arm and chest does not give me a 'I really want to come here again impression' especially since I have to go clean my car after work. . DO BETTER!! You weren't busy, I was the only car there!

I've gone to this Scooter's 3 times and that's 3 times too many. They have a drive thru and that's where the pros end. Their drinks are WAY TOO SWEET. I was even pro active the 2nd visit and asked what kind of chai they use and if they could go light on the syrup. My drink still tasted like a cup of sugar. Their muffins are dry and stale and the "veggie" burrito had all of 1 sliver of pepper in it. 1. Not a big sliver, a tiny, tiny one. The convenience of the drive thru just isn't enough to keep me coming back any more with so many other fantastic coffee options around 135th.

This is the second time I have ordered a breakfast sandwich from this Scooters and it has come still partially frozen and cold in the middle. The first time it happened I figured it was an accident, but trying again, months later, I had the same problem this morning. Do not order their food items!

Please look at your cans of coffee in your self serve fridge. You be the judge if you would drink straight from the can. Specifically the tops of those cans. I would also preferably like a surgar cookie not frozen,. Everything else is good

When I go out to spend extra money on coffee I tend to get the ones with all the sugar and the milk and everything. Maybe that's because I started out drinking at starbucks. Have you ever had a starbucks coffee plain? Just don't. They need all that sugar to hide the awful taste. Scooters was great. I got the hot carmelicious. Haven't tried it plain, but There was enough coffee in it to actually taste it! So they weren't hiding anything. And they didn't need to! It was good! Kinda tasted like coffee flavored icecream. It actually had a good amount of caffein too. I think I've seen these around a lot, even right across the street from all the starbucks I've worked next to. Just go across the street to scooters, man.

Drove there before class. The drive thru was open and no one came to my car for 10 minutes, even though I gave a small honk of my horn. I pulled away finally because I was going to be late for class. Out of curiosity I called them. A girl answered and told me they were open. She assumed I was at the wrong location because she said she was there and they hadn't seen anyone. I told her I was at the one by JCCC. She then says "oh we're you in the red car?" I told her I was and she said "Oh, well our drive thru goes the other way." I said "oh, so you saw me and ignored me instead of just telling me?" And she tried to hand me over to her manager. I hung up.
Now I have no coffee and I'm late. THANKS!
