Best frozen custard that I have had. They added multiple locations for a few years, but I believe this is the only one remaining. Order at a window and sit outside or in your car.

Good sundaes, but only when they're open. Very disappointing to drive up and see they're closed when their website says they're open. I drove to the Price Chopper across the street and bought ice cream there instead. At least put up a sign saying you're closing early. Otherwise, you could lose business permanently

i am so annoyed at this location. i take time & waste my gas to drive here because they closed the sheridans in my town so this is my closest one. the last couple of times they have closed because they are short staffed. CHANGE YOUR HOURS ONLINE. I DO GOOGLE LISTING FOR A LIVING IT ISNT THAT HARD. while i was standing IN LINE they just told me they were closing early because they are short staff. please start posting this on your facebook page or something. so frustrating.

I love Sheridan's, but every time we come, they are closed early with no explanation. After the third time driving over to not get any custard, we won't be coming to "check and see if maybe they are actually open". If you can't hire help that will work, at least change your hours so we know what to expect. However, in time it took to write this (5min) six different people have come looking for custard. (Seven!) (8!)

I LOVE custard and after dinner we drove by this place and I HAD to try it. I am a big fan of a "concrete" where frozen custard is mixed with a topping (like a DQ "Blizzard"). Ordered one and was very disappointed. It was not a "concrete" at all and more of the consistency of a MILKSHAKE. The flavor was not very good either. It was way too sweet and did not have custard's rich flavor. Like an idiot I ate the entire thing instead of tossing it in the garbage. All those calories for something that tasted bad. I think I will go to the gym for a workout!!! I know I will NEVER come back here!

Great service, I ordered 5 scoops of custard and they had it out to me before I even finished paying! The scoops were huge, and the service was fast. Thanks Sheridans!!!!

If you like full Oreo's instead of chunks (I'm not a huge fan) and overpriced ice-cream; then this place is great. I will admit to it being late... on a Wed... In the middle of winter...but still.
Good custard that tastes fresh but the employees didn't wear gloves when making it and there was a lot of cross contamination. Maybe it's just this location I was in Kansas at the time

Sheridans can sometimes be hit or miss with their concretes. Per the cup, their motto is to provide local and natural frozen custard. This batch didn’t seem to live up to that motto. I would return but wouldn’t get the Grant’s Grasshopper again.

They were out of vanilla, although they were open for 2 more hours. The chocolate (only other option) was so thin that I could use a straw, instead of a spoon. Just horrible for frozen custard, and extremely disappointing since I know what it should have tasted like!

As usual very bad service. This place is almost always closed and even when they’re open they have a limited menu items. Tonight I was not at all surprised when they said they only had chocolate concrete available. Then they made my dessert anyway with chocolate ice cream. And of course was terrible I’m just gonna go to Andy’s from now on I’m not even gonna mess with this place anymore
