We're forever driving past SmokeTown BBQ, commenting that we needed try to it someday. Yesterday was the day!The inside is perfect BBQ decor, wood paneling, tvs, neons, and of course a Kelce Swift cutout that looks like a cute picture opportunity. You order at the counter, and they bring it out. Everyone we encountered was so nice, and the food came out quickly.My first time order is always a brisket/beef sandwich and either onion rings or beans. Although I've heard amazing things about the mac and cheese, we didn't try it. The bun was soft and fluffy, the beef sliced thin (the way I prefer it), and the medium sandwich was the perfect size for me to demolish after skipping lunch. The onion rings were perfectly crispy, and delicious, but I can't confirm if they're made in house, for those who quest for the perfect onion ring.There were regular, sweet, and spicy sauce options, we didn't try the sweet, but liked the regular and the spicy.We'd definitely go back and try more things, especially the Mac and piggy, and the smoked Gouda balls.
