Our waitress spilled our unimpressive overpriced “strawberry” mimosas martinis on the table and didn’t even offer napkins to help clean it up. Food was over price and not tasty wait was outrageous. Brunch is supposed to be good the food was small portions and not appealing. Pancakes were so dry couldn’t even eat them. Server was beyond annoyed and rude the whole time.

Great ingredients and good preparation – at a costThe portions were big and you could tell attention was paid to make sure the ingredients were of the highest quality. But due to the cost of everything we ordered, we likely won't return unless it's for a special occasionDietary restrictions: We visited with a person who is gluten intolerant and also a person who is dairy, egg, and nut intolerant – none of these intolerances are life-threatening, thankfully. Gluten was the easiest to accommodate and they did it very well; I'm told the gluten free pancake is very good. Avoiding dairy, eggs, and nuts was quite a bit more difficult but there were many options to choose from that met some or, maybe, all of the restrictions. The waitress seemed knowledgeable on the subject and was able to quickly find an answer to any allergen questions she didn't know the answer to herselfKid-friendliness: Kids menu provided with crayons and activities

We went on a Sunday morning with little issue. The food was lovely, a broad range of choices. We have several dietary restrictions between meat, dairy, etc, and there was a dish for everyone on the menu. The pricing was fair and the mimosas were good as well. The style of the restaurant is quite cute. I do recommend having reservations.Vegetarian options: Lots and lots of options and customization.Dietary restrictions: Options for vegetarian, gluten free, and dairy free.

Have been so excited to try snooze…we were greeted and promptly sat. A waitress in a flush/rush approached our table and was in quite a hurry so I tried to rush through the menu to find my drink choice. When I settled on a latte her annoyance increased b/c I did not know the flavors. She then wanted our orders and that was annoying to her as well that we did not know. As she was walking/storming off I asked her to please slow down where she proclaimed I’m NOT doing this toSome other poor little girl. As a business owner myself, I would never have someone on staff in a position of service that does not advocate for my company and that mistreats my customers. Will not be back did not even stay for the drinks…that never came. Thank Ken. If that was your real name. I have never been treated so rudely and in front of customers. YIKES

Much bigger than the Westport location. Doesn’t feel as crowded. Food is great, though the waitress let me know that what I had ordered was being removed from the menu. Honestly don’t remember what it was but I do remember eating it all because it was really good. Coffee is good as well and they had cocktail specials during the week when we went.
