This is not my favorite location. I used to go there every morning when I was in town, however they changed their hours and now it does not open early enough for me. I found another location at 95th and Antioch which does open earlier and the staff is much friendlier.

This location is *very* busy with mobile orders; however, after a few minutes of hanging out by the pick-up counter, staff expedited my dine-in order. Management and staff seemed happy to be working. :-)

Usually go to drive thrus. Several times i had been asked by the drive thru window attendant/barista to either drive to the front or come in to pick up my order because staffing shortage/too many customers. Still had to wait very long time because the order would be ready, but they wouldn't give it to me even after I paid. Then when they would see me start getting peeved they would "remember" to give me the order. This also goes on at drive thru windows as well without being told to come in. Usually the staff member at window would always wait a few minutes just standing in front of window cash register while my completed and ready order is just sitting in front of them, pretending to be busy "taking orders" from supposedly non existant customers whom were behind me at drive thru when there was no one behind me. This is happening at almost all of the starbucks drive thrus I visit in the johnson county kansas metro areas.Also, they need to ensure that the lids on the cups are tightly secured to prevent burns and spillage. Yesterday got a Venti cup of hot Pike Roast in a weak paper cup that had crumpled and collapsed and all of the coffee spilled onto my apartment carpet floor. I am getting so upset with "trend" of starbucks staffers treating customers this way. Going to buy myself a coffeemaker and save myself time, money, and there be less spillagage.

Ordered by a Starbucks app around noon on Saturday the 29th 2023 staff locked doors and forced pick up through drive-through window so essentially the convenience of the app went out the window! We found ourselves unable to cancel the order and had to get in line behind about 15 cars some were ordering through the drive-through while many were in the same position as we found ourselves. In the future, don’t allow people to order via the app at the store or have a staff member run order out to car while in line!!

Waited 30 mins for a frappacino while my cup was sitting there un attended to and people who came after me were prioritized. Especially sat and waited without saying anything to see how long it would take for the to notice what they were doing. Customer service at its worst. Will never come back this Starbucks ever.
