This Starbucks has my favorite Barista of all time; I enjoy seeing Mitchel in the mornings because of the positive energy I get with my peppermint latte. It’s always nice to be greeted so warmly the first thing in the morning!

I came to this Establishment 3 times, 2 times was really excellent, the third time was not good experience.Date : 10/31/2023Time : 4:25 pmThe person who served me and my wife seem does not like her job, does not know that with Greeting comes with smile.She acted like I am not suppose to be there ( do not know if she judged me because I am old, or because I am brown, she might thought I am not from USA, even though I served in USAF for more than 15 years,)Thank you Starbucks for hiring some people who has no passion for the job or Loyalty for the company!!I have to give a credit to another associate who has paint on her face, she was very nice and knows what she supposed to do!!

This Starbucks location used to be a local coffee shop called Latte Land and I have fond memories of learning how to make latte art here when was about 19 years old. That being said, driving through the drive thru after a nearby appointment, I was feeling a bit nostalgic. Gone was all the local flavor and replaced was a good old, reliable Starbys. I will say, there isn't much to note here aside from the usual Starbucks vibes. It is a standard Starbucks location. I ordered ahead, it was ready when I got there. The line moved fast, and before I knew it was enjoying my coffee.

I ordered an ice coffee with ice and no sweetener. I asked for very little half/half. Even told the lady how much. Instead I got half ice coffee and the rest was cream. I said that's not what I asked for. She said, "I'm out of ice coffee and it's going to be 10 minutes." Fine, whatever. The guy working here said "sorry we only had enough for a tall....not a trenda" like I told them, it would of been nice to be informed of this before paying so I could order something else and why in the hell are they not having ice coffee and ice tea ready at 2p.m? I can understand if it's the last hour of the day. This trip was a great waste of time, gas, stars, and money.

This Starbucks is more of a simple yet still chic type. The staff there was amazing in that I had mobile ordered my food, they helped me realize I had ordered it at the wrong Starbucks, and still made my drink with no charge. That was very sweet of them and I will be forever grateful!
