Shouldn’t take 30 minutes to make a few sandwiches. Maybe stop talking about tv shows and movies to people and make the orders. Service was extremely slow. Ordered two Phillies with more meat and the meat didn’t even cover the bread. Another family member ordered a steak sandwich and we almost went back because there was no meat. Finally dug around and found some under the veggies. It’s like they used one tray for a whole footling. One half had cheese the other didn’t. Definitely avoiding this location. Missed half of our kids lesson tonight as well.

Amazing atmosphere! The workers made conversation with me while making my sandwich. They were kind and silly and you could tell they were making the most of their job. The food was great they even went back and fourth on the best way to lay out the sandwich. Overall great experience.

The manager Tim was very rude and difficult to work with. I tried to be calm and collected as I know everyone has bad days. I went in because i ordered extra olives and pickles on my sandwich and came in to ask for like a cup of more of them because I only got like 10 on the whole sandwich (less than normal amount). He insisted he made it and put extra and i said thats fine i didnt even want the sandwich remade and could even bring in the sandwich to show him. He then continued to make more remarks about which i just ignored. I didnt want to even leave a bad review but after going back in because i ate a bite and the olives were horrible (not their fault) I asked to speak to another worker so there weren’t any issue, all I wanted was to quickly get a refund and go. Instead tim jumped in and kept cutting me off and raising his voice over me about it and bragged about taking about it with other costumers. Im very upset with my experience here and I hope it never happens to anyone else.

Love the employees, but management sucks. The associates here work their tail off, I hope they all get raises or find a better place of employment, truly doing God's work.

The employee making sandwiches really had something better he wanted to do and told us before he could help us because he had an online order five people walked out, who wants to wait 20 minutes while he makes an order for someone who's not even there to pick up.We got nothing. Will never go to that location again

They don't accept cash. Very little will I go ahead and give 1 star. I just waited 15 minutes in line for a sandwich. But they don't accept cash. Unbelievable.

I placed an online order I went to go pick up my food. I am a black female. I walked in there, and I waited for him to finish A lady sandwich. A white female walked in after me, went to the bathroom, came out the worker who was making sandwiches, never looked up to acknowledge me. As soon as that white lady came out from the bathroom. He asked her did she have an online order never acknowledge me whatsoever when I called his attention to that to where he never acknowledge me and I told him I wanted my money back. He calls the police and had me put out the store and refused to give me my money back. I have also filed a complaint with corporate

I am sorely disappointed in the ownership and management of this location. Today I was greeted by an amazing young women, working herself (alone) to the core, despite having fallen down her apartment stairs and having multiple seizures today she is being required to carry the work load alone. She wants to work, she’s excellent at her job, professional and kind. With that said management should be in there on their day off working with her OR closing down the location for the day if they truly can’t assist her. It’s sad to watch an employee drive themselves into the ground, forsaking their physical and mental health for a job that doesn’t even begin to care for their basic need (safety). I urge you, do better, treat your employees with care and if you can’t get staff at your location then you show up.

I placed a online order I went to go pick up my food. The worker was making a sandwich for another customer. A white lady came in behind me went to the restroom came out of the restroom by that time the work was done, making the other lady sandwiches and she had left he started making two more sandwiches. He never acknowledged me, but I soon as he seen the white lady come out the restroom. He asked her did she have an online order I said I've been sitting here waiting for you to acknowledge me, I have an online order and you never acknowledge me, and you just look straight at the white lady and talk to her. I demanded my money back he refused to give me my money back. He called the police and had me kicked out of the establishment.
