No one behind the counter, 2 employees at a table, a man repairing drink machine. Said someone will be with me in a minute. It was 10 min, after 4 other people were behind me. The floor and deli area glass were dirty. It took the boy about 8 to 10 min to fix my sandwich, he had to replace several empty food containers! Did not change his gloves. He was nice, but I dont think making sandwiches was his job. Bread did not taste the same as a few years ago! I probably wont go back to Subway

Terrible management. Only 1 worker in the entire store forced to ignore walk in customers to complete online orders. Whatever they are getting paid is probably not enough given the expectations put upon them.

Came in 12/7/2023 at 6PM (they close at 10PM), only one employee there (never see more than one employee working when I come in), and he looks hardly 18... that is an incredible amount of responsibility and an irresponsible choice by management to leave the entire business on the shoulders of a young boy.We were told upon entering that they only had wheat and flatbread, he showed us a pile of 5 loaves, and wasn't making more, and no estimated time on waiting for more bread to be made.You don't have to be a genius to realize, if there are 4 hours left open at a sandwich shop, that 5 loaves of a single bread type will not last until close.I have no idea if he was able to make more bread and finish his shift, but I know I don't care to ever find out. I will not return to this location.P.S.As a business owner myself I am disgusted with the lack of agency management and ownership showed towards their employees and their entire business. I would close early, less embarrass myself and my business. ?

Wish I could give 0 stars. They will charge you extra for toppings that they literally don't even bother putting on your sandwich and then will look you straight in the eye and lie and say they did as if you don't have fully functional eyes and a brain. So if you like basically being robbed and gaslit as a side with your sandwich, definitely go here. If not, there's a Jersey Mike's just down the road. Not the first time I've had problems with them either. Just awful!!!!!

Today, I got a tuna fish on 6 inch white bread with purple onion and chopped iceberg lettuce. Got chips and a pop.DELICIOUS ! FRESH ! GREAT SERVICE. CLEAN. WELL LIGHTED. Ample Parking. Not Disabled nor wheelchair accessible. 9-2-2023.
