I used to come into this location several times a week, Frank is a great employee and always takes care of me but everyone else is under substandard. Four times in a row I have come in and have been given an excuse why I cannot get a tuna sandwich, I'm not asking for anything complicated! Twice I was told there was no tuna, and one of those times I could clearly see the tuna on the line! Two other times, I was told that the utensil used to scoop out the tuna was in sanitizing water. You can't rinse it off?!

We have gone to this location 3 times scattered over a 4 or 5 months period and EVERY time we went in someone from the staff has yelled out "WE ARE OUT OF BREAD"! How in the world does that happen?? 3 different times at random, and not at any specific time or day! I don't understand how that can happen. How do you pay a manager who can't order enough bread to take care of your customer base?? Once, I can understand. But 3 times??? And how many other days has that happened that we by chance DIDN'T choose to stop in has that happened? It's just mind boggling to me. If it happens once, you just order more than you did the previous week. It's not rocket science. We will never go there again.

Watch carefully, was over charged. I ordered a #10 without ham. The sandwich maker took it upon herself to do a build your own instead of the #10, didn't give me the extra cheese the #10 comes with and then charged me more because she did the build your own. So i got less and was charged more. Way to screw your customers Subway.

I will never go back!!!! I ordered for pick up. I go to pick my order up after work, I'm told it was cancelled. Cancelled because they are out of bread!!!! Seriously! The amount was still taken from my account. The man there calls his boss and all I am told is that's because my bank put a hold on it. No credit, no nothing! Out of bread hahahaha pathetic! This is 100 percent a management issue! No wonder they are barely holding on with a 2 star rating. Only one to blame is management! That amount better be credited to my account by tomorrow. Do not come here!

Food was pretty decent beside for the fact that they mixed up the ranch and garlic sauce. Service was outstanding with welcoming staff but sometimes got distracted with talking (probably why they messed up the ranch dressing). I went to go in the bathroom and it was nasty. The whole room smelled like poo and there was a poop stain on the toilet. Floors were sticky too. In the actual resteraunte part it was very clean.
