Update: we went back and Ellison was lovely and resolved the gift card issue, can't wait to indulge in the sweets:)We had an unused gift card and came in for a nostalgic sweet treat. Unfortunately the gift card was purchased when it had prior ownership (the gift card is 2 years old) so they wouldn't honor it. Money down the drain:( I don't recommend purchasing a gift card from here:\

The two employees that worked this past Saturday evening (12-30) were EXCELLENT! They made shopping for the right flavor of ice cream fun for me and my friends after dinner. Atmosphere was fabulous. I really commend those two employees on going above and beyond.

Love the choices of ice cream and cones, but you need to check your freezers because the ice cream is too soft almost like soft serve.

It was a little difficult to find- the Caroline's isn't very visible, it has a pink door. It is pretty cute, has a lot of candy, some fudge and ice cream.They were pretty nice. They let the kids taste some ice cream. In all, three of us got a scoop in a waffle cone and two of us got extra candy. Ended up spending $23.
My husband went in to grab a little treat for us after dinner and was asked if he wanted our apple cut (sure?) it was handed to him like this…….what if it was a treat for a birthday or a boss???? Presentation was unacceptable. No gloves were worn either??? Spending $19 on a soft/tasteless apple and some peanut butter fudge was not worth it at all. Crazy disappointed and won’t be back.

I love coming to Sweet Caroline's for a chocolate fix! I always get the milk chocolate salted caramels. They are so good! They always have plenty of fudge options and have some really interesting flavors. Most recently we tried the cookies and cream and enjoyed it. The ice cream here is great as well. There is not a ton of seating but I have never seen it get too busy. The staff here is always quick and kind. I will definitely continue to return!

The candy, fudge, treats are excellent but the ice cream is the star of the show.Sweet Caroline's serve Sylas and Maddy's outstanding super premium ice cream which is rich creamy and comes in a wide variety of wonderful flavors.Pro tip - try peanut butter freak!
