Food was prepared very poorly. Almost no sauce on burritos, almost no beans, and way too much rice. One item wrong, and food tasted quite old. Employees were kind and restaurant was clean, but food was barely edible.

Our first time at this Taco Bell, since we’re new to Kansas City. I used the app to order beans and rice from my wife and me. I was shocked when driving up to the drive-through, but I couldn’t understand what the man was saying, because he had such a thick Indian accent. Apparently they hadn’t got the order in and didn’t have it ready. The woman who brought us the meal kind of shoved it at us and shovedthe napkins and sauce in the bag and then kind of threw it in our faces. She also couldn’t speak English that we could understand. Will never be back.

SLOW, SLOW, SLOW! I would not recommend. I was sitting in the drive thru for 30 min. I should have pulled away but I was so hungry! If you’re looking for a fast place to eat this would NOT be it. Go to the Whole Foods across the street for food instead.

I have been going to this particular location for the last two years as it’s closest to where i live. the service and management has gotten AWEFUL in the last 6-7 months. six days ago it took 30 minutes to receive an order in store (that was made on the app) and today i did a mobile order for in store pick up and the MANAGER gave it to someone in the drive-thru! this taco bell location needs some serious adjustments to staff. on multiple occasions they will forget to remove or add items that i did or did not want. most of them being up charges so it is ridiculous that they forget these items. management is seriously lacking now and something needs to be fixed

This establishment is a unique Taco Bell, though the service along with with the numerous other Taco Bell’s in the last several visits I’ve been are severely lacking. A mobileOrder was placed at 11:53 prior to my arrival and placed another order using the kiosk inside the Taco Bell I received my kiosk order in a timely manner my mobile order was not received until 12:21pm. Which by then my kiosk order was cold. As much as I and my co-workers enjoy and eat at Taco Bell on a daily basis I think it’s time to support another establishment such as taco John’s until the service is brought up to par!

Was excited to get some Nacho fries and a cravings box. EVERYTHING WAS STALE ANS COLD. I went around 4pm, nacho fries tasted like they were made in the morning and not even left in the warmer, super disappointed and dissatisfied with my visit.

I don't often take time to praise a fast food restaurant, but your tacos are consistently good and done right. I usually don't order anything else at Taco Bell, but this store does a great job of filling the taco correctly and consistently. Not all TB's do that. I would say that the kids working the window need to close the transaction by saying a simple "Thank you".
