Friendly staff, they are very, very busy. They could use 3 people vs two working for them. Everyone needs to remember what its like working a summer job, be patient with them. They are working as fast as they can. The product is perfect for the hot weather.

Hours online says closes Fri at 10:30 pm. Store sign said 10 pm. We were looking at flavors and the person working didn’t say we are closing if you want to order. They said nothing and closed the blinds on us. We were there before 10 pm lose time.

I love me some shaved ice and the menu has about a thousand flavors to choose from! It's very good and if you go I recommend the Green Hawaiian.

If you want a snow cone, this is the place to go. Beats all the other sno cone places for sure, all the others are crunchy ice. Loads of flavors to pick from and the employees have all been nice.

Says it closes at 1030 online. Pull up, it's 8:50. There's a long line, probably like 10 people waiting. It turns 9pm and the girl working hands out the last shaved ice and then closes the window. We're all looking at each other like did they just close? A couple minutes later she opens the window and tells us sorry we're closed and closes the window. So rude. We were all in line before close time and we didn't get served. What a waste.
Didn't have any sugar free flavors even though their menu lists it.

Honestly it says there open online then as soon as we got there it “wasn't open”, there was a girl (that worked at Tads)outside when we were pulling up but as soon as she saw us parking she RAN INSIDE AND CLOSED THE BLINDS. will NOT be returning, i honestly don't even want to bother trying there snow cones…

Came here a year ago, very great… so I came again today and ordered a shaved ice with extra flavor syrup and tipped them, then I received my shaved ice and there was hardly any flavor! I payed 50cents extra to get flavor syrup AND tipped them generously, and they put LESS flavoring! What in the world ?

Went here with my daughters on a fun night out and received terrible service. We were so excited to get some shaved ice and instead received a sad looking cup of ice with three ants in it. Workers were very unprofessional and when we asked for new one because we had ants in ours, they made us pay for a new one. After we got our new shaved ice they asked us if we would like to add a tip. I know these girls probably get paid minimum wage but after receiving an ant in my snow cone I was very disappointed. Also when she was making it I didn't see her wearing any gloves. Our cup was very sticky and they are very stingy on the syrups. It would be nice if the workers were wearing something more appropriate, lots of cleavage. Go someone else.
