My bartender bar am laddddy was AWFULGuess you have to be a local to get served bartender using very fowl language amongst customers and her coworkers that don’t do there work. I also seen 2 servers that might have not started there shifts 2 blonde girls take a shot. I seen the owner Mark working his butt off serving customers filling ice and doing what a good owner does PROMPTS TO MARK , just might need to have a meeting with bartender that I heard has been there 5 years now. As a new customer probably won’t come back due to the service I received I’m usually a VERY GOOD TIPPER , sadly this time I wasn’t.

Good bar food. Reason for negative review is karaoke night. Friday nights. Same DJ every time, DJ Okie, throws out songs he doesn’t like personally, you can put a song in and wait 2 hours and ask if it’s coming and it won’t. Frustrating experience when you do it with your family/friends once or twice a year. Can ruin a fun time.

Ordered the pork tenderloin and while it came out of the kitchen fast enough, it was overcooked, burnt, and flavorless. Served with no garnish. French fries were pre-seasoned, not crispy, and marginal at best. The coup d gras was the waitress who was either stoned or suffering from a lobotomy earlier in the day.

I will not be headed back to this location. While the food was okay, and the service wasn't terrible I have now been ripped off twice at this restaurant. The first time I ordered some onion rings that I never received. When I called the manager to have it refunded on my card he said he would take care of it. I was never refunded the money. My second experience was last night when I had some family in town. We wanted something close and convenient so we came back to this location. I ordered the boneless wings. The waitress was unsure if I said bone in or boneless and I confirmed boneless. When I received the check she charged me incorrectly. We never saw her again to get the check adjusted.Very poor customer service all around.

I’m not one to write bad reviews often but our experience at this Tanner’s location was so bad and ruined our evening. We came with the intention to stay to watch a football game with a group of 8. To begin, our waitress told us she was new so going into the evening, we were prepared. We ordered drinks and food right away, however after we ordered, we noticed that our waitress began to ignore us. It took over 30 minutes to get refills of our waters (another waitress ended up helping us out filling up our waters and taking our 2nd round of drink and food orders) and then eventually our food came out. Fries were excellent but my grilled cheese was cold. Then after we ate, we maybe saw our waitress two or three other times within about 2 hours. She blatantly seemed to ignore our table as she was visiting the other tables in her section frequently. Then once our game was wrapping up, it came to figuring out the bill since we were in a group of 8. We got our check, then handed our card. Once she came back after running our card, she gave us a receipt with a larger cost than what we had originally. My credit card was even showing the extensive charge that I shouldn’t have paid. We complained and complained and she kept reiterating that they removed the excess charges from my credit card but they are still on my account. I’m super frustrated with being overcharged along with our awful service and will be following up with managment as this is just unacceptable. Like I said, I’m not one to complain about wait staff and restaurants in general, but this night and this particular service was just absurd. Super disappointed.
