The good part is they have sooo many cookies to choose from for the size & prices they're asking they are good too but unfortunately every time we go in there customer service is lacking, you could possibly stand line about 3 minutes before someone asks if you would like to order. They aren't as knowledgeable about their products as we'd like but good thing we're greedy & don't mind trying random flavors...

The softest, melt in your mouth, cookies I’ve ever had. Their flavors taste fresh, the frosting doesn’t have any artificial aftertaste, and they have gluten free options. I cannot recommend this place enough.?

I was excited to try them because of the wider variety. They all use the same few bases of cookie though, making them less unique immediately. I heard this place was affordable but at over $30 for a dozen, I'd beg to differ. I'd much rather get a dozen donuts or another dessert literally anywhere else cheaper. Every single frosting was soft and messy, not one with a denser frosting adding SOME sort of extra texture to the cookie. Honestly disappointed in the overall experience and will not be going back. Better cookies elsewhere at that price point.

I love this place! Stopped in today for probably the 6th time because they have a gingerbread cookie for the month of December. It is delicious. As are all of their other cookies I've tried. The store is cute but I always take mine to go. They also have many drink options. I've tried a couple of them and they're good too. The staff working is always very friendly and the service is quick! Check them out if you are looking for a sweet treat.
I ordered Cookies at the counter took like 5 mins ,cookies were pretty cold. They say they are made fresh however they keep them in the fridge.After reading reviews which were overwhelmingly good out of the small sample size . You can't get 10 people to agree on the weather. Yet all positive reviews for this place. Lol..

I ordered a Peaches and Cream Sprite and was quickly assisted and served, but it tasted horrific. Not because of the flavor combinations, but the Sprite tasted of the most foul tap water. I don't know if the carbonation was off or if the nozzles haven't been cleaned, but it was vomit inducing. I love soda bars, but this place is a no-go.
Incredible cookies and at a great price. Stumbled upon this place while on a late evening bike ride and it was the perfect stop.

Awesome cookies and they're reasonably priced compared to all the other cookie shops in the city. I usually get the sugar cookies and they are so delicious. They have quite a variety and if you like mixed flavors in your soda they have a very big variety a lot of coconut flavors.

We had dinner across the street at Khop Jai Der Lao & Vietnam and since one of these is going in near my parents in Shawnee, we decided to get a little preview of their treats. Ultimately, the new location is both excellent news for my parents' taste buds but terrible news for their waistlines, because we LOVED it. I got the August Special of the Mango Passionfruit cookie, my mom got the Sugar Swizzle and my dad got the Oat Cookie Butter. All of us loved our cookies. Mine was very rich and I didn't finish it but I definitely loved it and gave it to my parents to take home (I'm generous like that :D). I really liked the sugar swizzle too - more my flavor profile. My dad love his too, but it was just a little too savory for me, but it was good. The do a good job with the salt level. The service was prompt and very friendly. I loved their little cookie display window. It was nice we got such a good view of each of the cookies, which are all truly picture perfect. The shop itself is quite cute but with just 2 tables, not really a place to hang out. I do think it's a little cheaper than Crumbl, but to be fair, I've always had their cookies delivered. But yea, I look forward to going back, and relieved it's not too close to me!

I can't speak to the store because I ordered Uber Eats. I ordered a 6 pack and the cookie of the month (birthday cake) from Twisted Sugar as a change up from another competitive cookie place. I definitely prefer these over the other brand. Twisted sugar is a lighter cookie, while still packing all of the flavor and fun. I'm actually able to enjoy a cookie or two (versus the other place being so heavily sweet that I usually stop at half). Would definitely recommend. My favorite was the oat butter oatmeal cookie. It was more savory than sweet, and I suspect they use my favorite brand of oat butter! My sister in law said the birthday cake cookie was amazing as well. Yum!
