The person bagging our food was NOT wearing gloves and touched all over our fries!!! Yuk.Even if he did wash his hands earlier... We did not see him do it, so we had no idea when it was done! So we were to assume they were clean??!!! No.After observing, it was obvious they were short of staff! He was the ONLY one up front, which meant, he was doing multiple tasks when there were no customers. But at the time, he was greeting customers, operating the cash register, and handling folks dirty money and nasty debit cards!Sooo, we will NOT be returning to this location until this improves... For the sake of our intestines and the cost of medical attention!!!

Building looked really nice and modern on the outside, and inside also looked really good.Staff were very friendly and happy to serve us our food, and got our order perfect.We ordered the Ghost Pepper Chicken Sandwich. The chicken is crispy and tender, which is what you really want in a chicken sandwich. The little crunchy bits also complimented the sandwich along with the fresh vegetables.It also had a njce spice to it, but nowhere near ghost pepper spice unfortunately.Fries were crispy and fresh out of the fryer, making them hot.Drinks were very refreshing and did a good job in cooling us down after the spicy chicken sandwich we ate.We ordered through Drive Thru.Parking: Big parking lot for a wendys, you can find more than 20 parking spots.

Wow! First time there and definitely last. Went in the drive through. When the woman was handing me back my food I said "thank you" with a big smile, as I always do. This woman in her 40s, who BTW was the manager, literally stood there and just stared at me as if her brain was trying to process what a kind gesture from a random human means. It's unfathomable to me that there are human creatures who would just stand there and stare right at you with no emotion whatsoever. Some people are just animals. If my young child hadn't begged me for the stupid 10 piece meal, I would've kept my months long no fast food streak alive. I'd rather have him shed tears than spend $11.50 on a $2 meal. And BTW, before COVID-19, this was a $6 meal with probably 50% of the cost being the ingredients and 15% the workers' wage, maybe 10% profit. Since covid though, the worker takes 25%, profit is now 20% and the ingredients are only 20-25% of the total cost. So this loser of a human is now taking a bigger percentage of the total sale, the company is making more profits and the customer is paying for it all!! And, we're NOT getting a better quality service OR ingredients! Only in America people won't think twice and just pay anything these corporations ask you to pay.
