We just bought 7 pizzas and they are UNCOOKED, really bad service. Costumer Service was terrible, they didn’t do anything when we told them how the employee was rude and disrespectful. Don’t recommend getting pizza from here!!

A employee didn't even greet and gave us the pizza with a bad attitude and we waited so long at the window for the cheese and pepper and I had to end up calling for it and she only gave us 2 of each.

Tuesday Night, ordered a big dinner box for dinner. When we went to pick it up, they had made one of our pizzas cheese instead of pepperoni. Totally not a big deal, we were cool with it but instead of letting us leave with an order less than perfect they fixed and it and gave us a soda for the wait. Totally went out of their way to make sure we were completely happy! Best customer service I’ve had at a fast food restaurant! Thanks Pizza Hut!

If I could, I would give them zero stars for the zero amount of customer service or pizza that I received. I will no longer be ordering from this Pizza Hut. I ordered a pizza at 7:16 on a Sunday evening. At 8:37 I called to check in on the pizza, the woman informed me that the driver had just left for delivery. We live approximately 3 minutes away. the delivery driver forgot to put his car in park and his car ran through my garage door & hit my car. I’ve asked for a call from the manager 3 times. Haven’t received a phone call. No one asking if we are ok.. nothing. I even had to call the store and ask for a refund for my order that I didn’t get to eat since I was too busy dealing with my garage door. No offer to send out fresh food - nothing!

I got the gluten-free pizza because I have celiac disease, and I will tell you the positive first. The young man that waited on me was awesome, his name may have been Anthony. Very respectful, good with customers. Now the bad...which would be basically the pizza...the crust resembled cardboard, but I ate it anyway, because I have to pay so much to eat gluten-free...even tho Pie Five is high also, it is very good and they have the crust mastered...sorry, Pizza Hut :(

I ordered my pizzas at 10 minutes to 7, they finally arrived at 819. The hawaiian was un-cooked, and stuck to the paper liner, the meat lovers and supreme were both under-cooked also. After 10 minutes of peeling paper off of my pizza slices, I put them into the oven to see if I could salvage them. The manager did give me a refund, but his worker was rude and sounded as though I was somehow to blame because I refused to wait 70 minutes for a replacement... kudos to the manager for the refund.
