Drove 30 minutes here just for them to be closed. Website and Maps both state they are open. Maybe update your information when you aren't open!!! This location has been closed more than once without stating they are closed. I truly hope this location is shut down

Had to be in Johnson Co. today, went out of my way to go to the this store at lunch to find it closed. Stupid me, tried a different store on the way out of town On Strang Line Rd. only to find it closed at 8:40 PM. Thanks for wasting my time.

I'm a bit disappointed with this location. I drove out there on my lunch twice now and they were closed. Even tho maps shows they are open. I love the chicken salads and that's why I was going. They need to update thier hours if they won't be open.

I have been there twice. Both times a stench of sewer greeted us at the door. It was not apparent outside. Both times we got our sandwiches to go, as the smell was even in the dining area. If we ever go back, we will certainly use the drive-through. The food was forgettable.

Went to your location at 135th street last night around 7pm for my son's birthday. Waited at order speaker for 15 minutes with no one there to answer. Drove around to the window incase the speaker was broken. Waited for 5 more minutes. No one home. Cars lining up behind me. I left. And you lost my business.

I called to place a catering order this evening and was greeted by a person by the name of Allen(who claims to be the GM) but refused to take my catering order. He claimed that he had closed the registers for the night, which was 15 minutes before the posted store hours. If thats the case, why even answer the phone? After I expressed my dissatisfaction with his decision to refuse conducting business with me it resulted in a rather sour impression of the Zaxby's brand. I have always wished that there were more Zaxby's locations available in my area because the catering delivers the ultimate value. The sad part is that I actually get excited when I have the opportunity to provide Zaxby's for the office lunches that I host. What even more unfortunate is that a loyal customer of over 10 years may be lost due to pride. From the General Manager??? I assume that I should expect the rest of the staff at the Overland Park location to follow Allen's lead and deliver the same level of service.I submitted a formal complaint to their website and received a callback from the Assistant Manager apologizing on behalf of his GM. Mentioned that he isn’t surprised about what he was hearing…. Indicating to me that this likely isn’t one of the first incidents with his “boss”. Said I would receive a call from the regional director about this incident. I have yet to receive said communication. Either someone’s pride is hurt, or they just don’t care about preserving their local relationships. I recommend finding a different Zaxby’s or a completely different establishment if you want quality.

Pleasantly shocked! Having gotten cold food at other Zaxby's in the south, I was amazed that the food all came out piping hot and fresh. It was delicious. I wish all the Zaxby's could taste this good.

Went to go order food at this location, says they are open but they just have cones blocking the entrance so no one can go in and order. even tried to ring the phones since two cars were outside and it got ignored.

The efficiency at this location is absolutely terrible. I stopped by one afternoon around 3 pm (a non-peak time) and ordered a sandwich meal. I was waiting at the counter for my order for 30 MINUTES while only 2 people's orders were in front of me. No explanation for the holdup and I had to ask where my order was twice. I decided to try my luck about a month later just incase the first experience was an off chance bad day over there, yet I faced the same scenario of a 30 minute wait once again. Definitely would not recommend going here at all, ESPECIALLY if you're on a lunch break from work as your whole break will go in waiting for your order.

It’s unfortunate that I choose Zaxby’s over Chick-fil-A nine out of 10 times for the chicken sandwich. But for the life of me I can never understand why this location is constantly on a 20 to 30 minute wait with only one car in drive through. Hire more or better
