Because you didn't tell us that you didn't actually have MALT POWDER and instead put NASTY chocolate syrup in it and called that the "same." ABSOLUTELY NOT. THIS WAS THE WORST "chocolate malt with extra malt" THAT I HAVE EVER HAD!! Teach your employees to ACCURATELY describe what you have!!!!! I must need to start bringing my own chocolate malt powder to places to at least SHOW them what ACTUAL MALT IS!!!!

This is, by far, the worst DQ we have ever been to. The little dark headed girl working behind the counter needs an attitude adjustment, or she needs to find a job, not working with the public. We were here for dine in at 6:15 on a Friday evening. The counter girl was picking up all of the rugs and stacking chairs on tables at 6:30 p.m., while people were still in the dining area. 6:30 PM!!!! She might as well have been telling people to get out! We both had chicken strip dinners. 90% of our chicken strips were barely bigger than the size of a chicken nugget. For the price you pay for this, that's absolutely ridiculous!!! One of our meals came with a dessert. Once we ate and returned to the counter to get our dessert, the counter girl was clearly irritated that we were bothering her again, with getting the rest of our meal. Sadly, thus is not our first bad experience here. The majority of the times we have been here, usually the drive thru, the service is rarely friend and almost downright rude and seem as though you are bothering them to want to order food.

I came for some ice cream with my son asked for chocolate malts then was given extremely runny basically milkshakes that were like 50/50 milk an ice cream they were so runny an warm and it is 50 ish degrees no reason they should be runny like that they then tell me that’s how they come and that the malt is “just a powder” I know that but it doesn’t make up for the ice cream quality it was as if it was on the counter for 15 minutes not to mention it wasn’t full also I brought a coupon for these two medium malts that came out to 7.72$ with coupon the coupon was to get any size equal or less of menu item purchase price so all considered I asked for my money back went to Braum’s a local ice cream franchise and got the same two medium malts no coupon for a whopping $6.81 I told them keep the change I can’t believe the difference the ice cream wasn’t liquid and it tasted 10x better not even kidding DQ taste so fake in comparison I strongly recommend Braums

Whoever was working the evening shift drive through is really good at their job. Had a fairly complicated order and they got it perfect, they included packets “bundled” with each fry bag/hot dog.
