Apperantly after 7 they don't do giant sandwiches. I didn't realize that jimmy johns had this rule or maybe it was just the lady that was working not wanting to get off her phone long enough to make 2 giants. I've had better service at the DMV.

I have always loved Jimmy Johns, but I stopped by the Pittsburgh location for lunch today am I was extremely disappointed. I tried to go through the drive thru and the lady asked if I had rewards so I gave her my phone number and she told me I didn’t have an account. I went to a different location a few weeks ago and it worked then so I asked her to retry and she rolled her eyes at me and it didn’t work. I asked to go inside and try she told me I could but it wouldn’t work. I went inside and it worked just fine! The lady inside was also very rude. I will never return to this location.

Will never use this store or their app again. Last night we placed an order for delivery through the app, and 10 minutes after we placed it they called and said the delivery driver was not in and asked if I could come and pick it up. The food is good and I’ve always liked the subs, so I drove and got it. Noticed on my receipt for the second time that I was charged a delivery fee for the sandwich. The person on the phone last night said the GM would be in “tomorrow morning” (they weren’t when I called) to help refund that fee and the tip for the driver(because “the delivery driver” is me!). When I called this morning, the GM wasn’t in and they weren’t sure I would get a refund because they didn’t know how to do it. “We are gonna send this up to the big boss in Kansas City but I don’t know if they will get to it today.” This is poor business practice and I wonder how long this has been going on where people are charged for delivery fees (and tips for the driver) and having to get the food themselves. My recommendation is that if you want their food (and it is good food), call and see if they have a delivery driver. If they do, then you can make the choice to order a sandwich for delivery. But I refuse to give another dollar unless this is made right.

I cannot figure out the pricing system. I ordered the sandwich that on the billboard with under 6.00. text would be $0.60 or less and I got charged $8.27. the sandwich was good but not that good.

Ordered a large sandwich to share with my kids. Specified no cheese because my twins have a dairy allergy. Got cheese on it anyway. Called the store to explain and the manager was SO RUDE about it. I wasn't mean or demanding.. just explaining the situation. She sounded like she did not want to deal with me at all. Me and my husband both work in kitchens so I understand mistakes happen, but don't get upset when you're nicely asked to correct that mistake.Thankfully my son's don't go into anaphylaxis when exposed to their allergens.

If I could post a review with no stars I would... This location in Pittsburgh has no right to claim they are FREAKY FAST!!! I was the 2nd car in line no other car was behind me and watied 20 mins. I got to work to eat, got the completely wrong order! The lady at the window even asked what I had orderd before hand. Called and was told 30 mims before somone will be out with my correct order! My boss orderd his and watied 1hr for it to be delivered after calling twice on the order. Absolutely ridiculous!!!
