NOT a good experience!! It took at least two time for the waitress to ask the cooks for the sausage for one of our meals. Biscuits taste line up uncooked flour and there was only enough gravy for 1/2 the biscuit. Sausage finally arrived and was under cooked. Hash browns were greasy as were the scrambled eggs. If it eas possible to do a negative number of stars I would have!!!!

The food here is always great. Service is as good as it gets and better than most places here in town. As for the atmosphere, there's always a TV to watch or just people watch if that's your thing.

My husband and I are there during a very busy time and sat at the bar. We have a new appreciation for how hard the staff works! They were busting there butts in there! We have had Molly as our server a couple of times. She's great!
Not enough staff left with no service after 30 minutes Bring a book you might get it read by the time you get your drink.

We had a delicious experience at Jimmy's Egg while visiting the area. We were quickly seated, service was friendly and helpful, and I'd certainly return if in the area again. They have and open kitchen with counter seating and plenty of booths and tables available, too. Because it was closer to lunch time, I ordered the Patty Melt and it did not disappoint! It was cheesy with Swiss and American, caramelized onions and served on Rye bread. Out of about 10 side choices, I opted for their fresh cut seasoned Home Fries which I enjoyed. My brother ordered, and let me taste, his Biscuits Gone Wild- delicious! Oh my their yummy soft biscuits were smothered and covered in sausage gravy and topped with more protein, served with your choice of eggs and a side. My uncle ordered his favorite breakfast item sausage gravy biscuits with a side of sausage and hash browns. He was a happy camper! Last but not least, because of the positive Yelp comments about their pancakes I ordered one to share. Oh my, I'd ordered a stack the next time I return. They were fantastic!!

Initially our server was a little slow getting to the table. But everything was clean. Once she got to our table she was personable and handled the table well. There was 6-7 of us, and the group was a little rambunctious but she joked and stayed on top of drinks. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Jimmy's Egg has the best hashbrowns! There was a variety of food, but everyone was happy and full by the time we left.

Jimmy's egg here in Pittsburg has improved since it opened. They use less salt, and I feel like the service has improved. The bandito omelet is delicious and my wife loves pancakes.
