Love this place. A little annoyed last time I went as it was the very first time I have experienced anything that annoyed me. Decided to play craps. Dropped my buy in and card on the table. Dealer looked at me and pushed it back in my direction and said " can't you see I'm busy?" I didn't expect her to drop what she was doing and cash me in. Dealer was paying a point that hit so I saw that she was busy. I picked up my money and card and walked away. Probably would have lost it anyway so I proceeded to win $1100 on slots. Thank you very much

The hotel was good. Shower was kinda dirty when we checked in. Could not get extra pillows when we checked in friday night due to the hotel being out of extra pillows. My biggest frustration was on a saturday night. Me and my wife were at the blackjack tables and won a good amount of money. Went to cash our chips in and was told that i "had to have a players card to cash in my chips" I told the cashier that was not true and my drivers license would be good enough. The young man tried his best to try and help but seemed like he had never ran into this issue before. He asked the lady that was back there with him and she rolled her eyes huffed and puffed and said you need to call a supervisor and she did not want to help. He called a supervisor and I could hear the supervisor yelling at him telling him not to give me my money untill i get a players card. Again not policy and started towing the line of illegal refusing to give me my winnings without a players card. After making 2 more phone calls a manager came down and found that I did have a players card from 5 years previous and finally was resolved. Probably need to educated the staff on laws and customer service. Horrible experience.
