We were severed spoiled food, when we returned the food and asked for a refund. We were met by a snob of a manager who stated they don’t refund money. Not only that, she insisted they didn’t serve spoiled food.Disgusting food, disgusting attitudes and disgusting management.Don’t bother spending your money here.

Not customer focused. I ordered a bowl with orange chicken and asked if she could put ONLY two pieces of Beijing beef and she said no samples. I would have given her back two pieces of Orange chicken in trade. I did not ask for a sample I would have gladley paid for it she still would not. She would only do a second full portion. I did not want a full portion I would waste it. Very poor service to take care of the customer over two pieces of meat. So I pay leave and will not come back over two pieces of meat. Three people for lunch $50 All three will not be back.

I'm not sure why the rating is so low? Seth was incredible! Greeted as we walked in. They came and checked on 6, and the price wasn't terrible. A great restaurant!(Update) As we walked out, I noticed my car was leaking, so I got down to look at it. As I got up, Seth came out and helped me for a bit. Truly great service!

Went thru drive thru. Took way to long to get order. Food looked like it had been held for about a week. Worst I have ever seen. I won't go back ever. Sadly I have been to other Pandas and they were good. Great compared to this one.

I dont typically like to give a review after only trying the place once, but i dont figure ill come back to this place. Food was not good, it was nice that i could see my food being made and the kitchen being open but i still didnt like it. I ordered the Kung Pao chicken and i almost got no chicken in it. It was basically vegetables and rice. It also did not have a lot of flavor in it and was definitely not worth the price of the dish.

Place deserves zero stars. My chow main was drier than the desert. And my Beijing beef had someone's hair in it. I went through the drive thru so I called them and asked to come in for a refund & was told I could come in and they'd remake it. Why would I want to attempt to eat it again after that the manager refused to refund it even with bringing the food in.Bad management. He also tried to say it wasn't a hair. It most def is.
Went in for a quick bite on my lunch break manager had sent everybody home was not greeted four other people standing in line had not been greeted one other employee was working on online orders instead of people that were currently at the store. Very disappointing service. Left without even ordering after wasting half my lunch break

Wow!! We ate inside, but the two ladies on drive-thru are doing a phenomenal job keeping up with orders, being courteous, and cooking fresh food. Our food and service were great.

The shrimp was old, the noodles were hard and crunchy and they had mostly vegetables and a very little amount of noodles. I was excited to drive a long ways to give it a shot, and I was disappointed. Also there was three crew there and only one girl helping everyone.
