Always had a pretty good experience here until today. I had a coupon for a lunch special $5 single topping pizza. When I came to pick it up, the employee rang it up for $6.98 and said the additional $1.98 was tax. Tax should have been about .45. He blamed it on the computer and would not adjust the price. I told them they were trying to steal from me and I left without the pizza. Get your act together people.

Wasn't much atmosphere to report on. There was a table with 2 chairs in the lobby. It did seem to be larger than most Papa John's behind the counter. The pizza tasted different from other locations. It was nothing to write home about. Took awhile for someone to come to the counter. They thought I was bringing in a bus load of customers.

This isn't my favorite pizza, but the fast service and helpful attitude i got at my last visit makes this place one I'll go to again. Hot tip: if you get the local coupons but can't get the call center to accept them when you order on the phone, just call the place directly or take the coupon in...they do honor them.Parking: Be careful, the parking lot is small and full of huge holes.

Best part about them screwing up my order was when I called and got a “Oh well sometimes the app messes up.” No offer to fix the screw up. Oh well Papa Johns ain’t the only pizza in town.

I had placed my order early in the day for a lot of food…i had set it for 8:15 and although it was running 45 mins - an hour late they were very sweet and updated me on my food the 2 times i had called for updates. They explained to me they were backed up which is very understandable for a game day. i was not upset with their service i just wanted an update and they provided me with that. customer service was great throughout the store. I hope they didn’t think i was being rude or rushing them on my order i just had an apartment full of hungry people lol. The guy who delivered our food was amazing and super sweet and friendly. I wish i had gotten his name to thank him. They even gave us extra sauce and 2 extra 2 liters of drinks since it was running late. I am very pleased with the service I was provided!

Ordering over the phone was a little sketchy since it sounded like a call center from India and after reading reviews that they have received a delivery through door dash I double checked to make sure it was through papa johns. I was given an estimated wait of approximately 35 minutes and the pizza was delivered in just 25. Warm crispy and mouth watering delicious. Absolutely amazing and outstanding service. The driver made it easy and was super friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate ordering from this place again.?? God bless all the truckers out there ?

Came into pay for my pizza and the man checking me out couldn’t even log into the register because his BARE hands were covered in pizza dough. I looked down at his hands and he had nubs from how bad he chewed down his fingers. Regardless I really was craving the pizza so I still ate it. Later that night I was throwing up all my food for hours!!! Literally shaking from how sick I was!
