Waited 15 mins and never once got acknowledged we got seated and that was it. Another table got seated around when we did and Also didn’t get served at all. Yet two other tables one in our section got served almost as soon as they got seated. We are upset and most likely will not go to any rib crib location due to similar experiences at several locations locally.

Mediocre at best. Smoking chicken nachos had not melted cheese apparently they only put beans cheese and a few oversized chunks of chicken on them... and the bacon on my burger was cold and super greasy. Not worth it.

Our food was great and so was service. The ribs are tender but not mushy. Great flavor and sauce was not needed. They have 2 options. Both are great.The Roughneck burger was amazing.Would definitely stop here again.

Stopped in for the first time. Walked back out after the hostess asked if I want to sit in the back. I am a one legged Marine. Numerous empty booths and tables right up front.No I want to eat in the neighboring city.Sick of the ignorant people

Ordered appetizers it came the same time as my food. I had a spud with unidentifiable chop meat that was hard and chewy.2nd plate was ribs and fish ribs tender lacking smoke flavors fish was over cooked. Short staff also when arrive had no silver or plates for appetizer. Do better when short staff instead of using a excuse for service.
