Mozzarella sticks were hot and delicious, with a great cheese pull. The hot fudge shake was thick and creamy. The service was fast & friendly, from the person taking my order to the person running it to my car.

I love sonic & I eat there almost daily in nearby towns where I work. I travel across southeast kansas for my job, so I have a few different Sonics that I frequent. The Pittsburg sonic is the absolute WORST. One bad experience is one thing, but every time I've been there for the last two years at least, it's been ridiculous wait times and subpar food. I never have these issues at the other sonics. Sadly, I think I'm through giving Pittsburg Sonic the benefit of the doubt or any of my money.

I hate leaving a bad review because I love sonic, but when you hire immature staff, it happens. I ordered this evening and had to return due to my order being made wrong. I politely let them know and the girl was very cheerful in apologizing and assuring me a replacement was being made. Once I got it, I found they chose the smallest chicken patty they had and drowned it in ketchup and then used half a mustard bottle on the burger along with a garden of veggies. Sad that someone with such a fragile ego would waste this much food simply because they made a mistake in the first place. This is how you waste product, lose customers, and lose money on both ends.
