If you go to the Taco Bell in Pittsburg Kansas and you use the drive thru you better not leave the window without making sure your entire order is in the bag. Dead serious the last 4 times we have been to this Taco Bell our order has either been wrong or not even in the bag. If you go late you are even more screwed because when you go back the line is 45 min long and you can't call because they won't answer the phone. People don't go to Taco Bell because it's good, people go there because it's the only thing open after 9:00pm. This particular store is a total joke and other Taco Bells are nothing like this. It was just a few months ago an employee overdosed in the bathroom and nearly died. I for one was not the least bit surprised after experiencing the service there, I'd say everyone that works there is high.

This is the worse place to get food in town and only getting worse full of drugs users and dealers who don't give a dam about their jobs. Orders a chicken and rice Barreto and they messed it up not one not twice but three times. How hard it it to make a dam Barreto. I thinks it's about time to close this place down.

Ordered a crunch wrap and got a burrito shaped like a crunch wrap. No crunch, tortilla falling apart and insides falling out. Worker forgot our drinks. Order was sloppily placed in bag.

There were several cars in the drive thru and several people in line in the lobby. I'm pretty sure they only had 3 people working( who were doing pretty good, considering the situation they were in). Very short staffed. Other than that, it was great.

We went through the drive thru and waited for around 10 minutes to get our food. They forgot part of our order so we had to drive back and go inside. The staff inside were incredibly rude and were cussing under their breath about having to provide the forgotten items. Aside from that, behind the counter was absolutely disgusting. There was food and trash all over the floor and make station. Honestly this is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Even the food was sloppily thrown together and did not taste like any other Taco Bell I’ve been to. I would not recommend eating here.
