Needed a tasty burger, they delivered! STEAKHOUSE wagyu burger, white cheddar, garlic & thyme mushrooms, arugula, garlic & herb aioli, BRGR potato bun. Tots are so crispy you hear the crunch deep in your ears on practically every bite! The dipping sauce that comes with it is very tasty as well Burgers are now (seemingly) more smashed than years ago, still very tasty. Now that the weather (march 2024) is getting better, there is limited patio seating. Service - at the bar was good Ambiance - pure burger bar and I recall it can get very loud when a large crowd Fri/Sat nights. There's also Fish and Chips and a hot dog/chili dog on the menu, and chicken if you aren't craving tasty maybe wagyu burgers.

I'm sorry but this place is awesome. Girlfriend and I had our second meal here in the last few weeks using a Christmas gift card and tonight's experience was even more top-notch than the last. We had around $45 left on the card so we decided to keep it lean with an appetizer of truffle tater tots, two burgers, and shared fry. She had the Number 3 and loved it. I had the Juicy Lucy and although not a traditional Juicy Lucy, it was fantastic. Although the food and service here are great, possibly the most impressive thing about this joint is the speed. My Lord does the food come out quick and yet it's still fresh cooked and thoughtfully put together. Something you don't find many places. They've sold me and I will be back to spend my own money very soon. Kudos.

We ate here on a Thursday night and it was absolutely packed with families and children. We were sat right away and our waitress Morgan was very kind and attentive despite how busy she was with all of her other tables. There were two employees working as hosts, but when they weren't seating anyone, they were just standing around. I feel like they (or at least one of them) could've been walking around clearing plates, running food, or doing something helpful considering how busy the place was. As for the food - my partner had the fish & chips and thought they were okay but just tasted like grease. I had the Road Hoss burger with the trio of onion rings, tater tots, and sweet potato fries. I didn't care for the burger, I thought the meat tasted strange and the onion straws on it just tasted like grease. The side of onion rings could've been good but the breading just crumbled away when you tried to eat them. The tater tots tasted really greasy, but the sweet potato fries were great. They had like a dash of sugar or something sprinkled on them. The menu seemed overpriced. We only ate here because we had a gift card so we thought we'd give it a try, but I wouldn't go back.***Reply to the business response**My Taco Republic experience was on a separate Thursday from my BRGR experience. I was a regular customer. Until an employee told me that one time they served food that had maggots in it. Then didn’t close the kitchen and kept serving. Plus another employee confirmed that the 45ish year old general manager is having relations with a 21 year old server on his staff. This place has disgusting management and food. Stay away
Our appetizer came out at the same time as the food and by that point we didn’t even want it anymore. We ordered two burgers and a side of fries. My burger was raw in the middle (I ordered medium well) and the bun was completely soggy. I couldn’t even eat the bun. They also brought the wrong fries (and they were cold). Super disappointing and will not go back.

Food and services was great but they had a guy installing new bar tables using an extremely loud drill right in the middle of the lunch rush. Pretty sure that could have been done before the place opened or at the very least after the lunch hour. It was pretty ridiculous!
