I visit this store often. And today I was very disappointed. I order the chicken bowl every time. Today I got avocado peel throughout my bowl. Not very happy.Parking: It's horrible.

We have dined here as well as ordered takeout many times, and it’s normally been good. We ordered takeout on 3/7/24, and all three of our entrees had burnt chicken; not just overcooked, but crunchy and inedible pieces of chicken. The burnt chicken overpowered the flavors of everything else, even after trying to remove the inedible pieces. I reached out by phone, which proved to be useless, so I turned to the chatbot to express my concerns. It informed me that someone on the team would reach out, however, I never heard from anyone, which is more disappointing than the food was.

Best chipotle in the Kansas City area. Area is beautiful and the location itself is unique looking, clean & not as busy. Has a patio as well and located by many shops in a “nicer” part of town. Will come again.
Bad service, they had food prepared at 8 pm. Very limited options. And service was rude. Don't go here.

The guacamole has been brown and too gross to eat the last few visits. I've submitted feedback through their automated system "Pepper" but no follow-up from management. If you love fresh Chipotle guacamole, this location is not for you.

Two employees at the front seemed to be having personal issues and arguing with me and other customers. Everyone was complaining about serving sizes and the employees got hot with me when I complained. Isn’t it policy that they weigh a bowl if I’m dissatisfied?

I’m giving this one star because you need to choose one!!! I come here every so often and one thing about me I am huge and on giving respect. I walked in today to pick up 2 orders and the employees in the front mainly the Mexican woman were so MEAN and DISRESPECTFUL!!!! I even spoke in Spanish to not have everyone in our business to let them know it was uncalled for and the girls behind the counter literally started yelling telling me to leave. It was okay for them to treat me like trash but for me to speak up about it was wrong. The fact that it’s 2023 and people feel so entitled to treat another human being any type of way is disgusting. And whoever runs this location should be ashamed of themselves. Just know if you’re Latino the Mexicans here will treat you worse than the white people. EMBARRASSING!!!

Everyone who works here has always been so nice and sweet. The girl with the glasses always asks me how my day was and is super friendly and I can't remember her name right now but the pretty Latina woman always hooks me up with the chicken. Loves from the Starbucks right across.
