I ordered the club sandwich through doordash today I've been ordering a lot of sub sandwiches lately and to be honest this is the first time that it's been decent and fresh and very tasty all the other companies that I have bought from recently in this area have been subpar.... I was pleasantly surprised that this food was fresh and good today and made to order and they actually gave the extra meat that I ordered which most of them companies do not they always skimp on it after you pay three or four extra dollars for the extra meat very satisfied probably will order from here again!

Truly,,,,a sub above. Turkey & provolone? Yum. Hot cherry pepper relish? YUM! Gotta get the number 7 turkey, add Mayo and the cherry pepper relish (CPR), you WONT be disappointed. And the service? Unmatched in there, such a great atmosphere. Yummalish

I’ve never had any problems here. They are usually on top of it. The staff is always very friendly and they seem to pay attention to the order. Also, if you’re getting to go there pretty good at not messing up your order and having it ready when you come in to pick it up, which is very important for people on the tight time schedule.

Prairie village just got this new location for Jersey mikes and it has been the best thing to come! The location and parking is perfect for easy grab and go or for catering options! I have been a long time Jersey mikes goer and always use the app ahead of time to order my sandwich. This location in clean, always has my sandwich ready in time as promised in the app and the staff are kind and eager to help.

FIRST and LAST time eating at this place. I got a tuna sandwich that was practically sliding offwhen I picked it up because it was so messy and the sandwich was soggy. I called to see about getting this rectified and the guy that answered didn't want to give his name . He said it was private . I should of known at that point how my experience was going to go . However after him giving the 3rd degree he proceeds to tell me he is a MANAGER. I explained to him I was a new customer and I was disappointed because my sandwich was very soggy . He told me that in " his opinion " his exact words ..that it sounds like I made a mistake because I didn't know what I was doing and now I'm calling to blame them. I said sir I never said any of that! He proceeds to be very combative and insult my intelligence rather than offer solutions ..and as I was trying to explain he cuts me off and says well " I have other people up here so I have to go or you can talk to someone else " then ask for my name and number . TO BE TREATED THIS WAY BY MANAGEMENT . let me just say I will NOT be going back !

It's a Jersey Mike's. Get a sub Mike's way and grab a handful of napkins, you will have an excellent time, and probably a small amount of heartburn.It's a sandwich shop, so theres not a whole lot so say about it. The staff was quick to prepare my food, and the restaurant was very clean. What more can you ask for? I'll be back for a #5 Mike's way.

Not as good as the Metcalf store. My Philly cheese steak was good, but the cheese was just laid on top cold rather than melted within the steak as it should

Person at cashier didn’t greet me when I went to pickup my order. However he greeted the 2 people ahead of me standing near the register and pick up stand. He also greeted customers after me. Everyone including the manager starred at me for several minutes as they helped and served 3-4 walk-in customers. The final person in the sandwich assembly said rudely to me was I waiting on something? I said yeah to be acknowledged/greeted and I need my pickup order. Oh boy I shouldn’t have said that they purposefully did a few more customers sandwiches out of spite.Common dominator was most of the other customers were white and I’m not. I see where my money is welcomed. I’ll be sure to let others know what I think of Jersey Mikes. Slightly better Jimmy John’s, just zero customer service and most likely racist.I guess that’s ‘Mikes Way’
