Just canceled the weekly subscription after almost one year having Kitch meals. They used to have decent quality ingredients with decent recipes such as the salmon alfredo, classic steak, and orange chicken; however, everything began to degrade over time. Kitch replaced essentially all the better quality meals with cheaper ones and 8 out of 10 are with stinky chicken. For the non-chicken options, they put out Bang Bang Shrimps with the texture of meshed potatoes that melted in your mouth and the Steak Fajita with the presentation more like cat food and tasted like greasy cornstarch overseasoned with cumins. They also substituted most of the fresh vegetables with frozen or canned vegetables, sadly those are normally the only edible parts.Unsubscribed.

This is the ONLY meal prep service you will ever need to try! Insanely good flavor, proper portions, and tons of dairy free, gluten free options. 12 meals a week is not enough! ☺️ so good!

The staff members and owners are extremely nice! The food is made fresh in the kitchen and absolutely affordable on a tight budget. I recommend you to try it using the 50 percent discount code on facebook. Thank you Kitch Meals

Picked up meals from their Prairie Village location. My husband and I shared the Balsamic Chicken Pasta and the Lemon Garlic Chicken. Portions are generous. I heated the food at full power in my microwave on reheat for three minutes I used my own dishes, covered with vented plastic wrap. (Seemed more like home cooking from my own dishes.) The Balsamic Chicken Pasta is flavorful; bits of red onion and a feta cheese make it a winner. Sweet potato cubes carry the Lemon Garlic Chicken dish nicely. You can park right out front. It is a first class operation. Sunday and Monday might be less busy times.

I'll start by saying, I drove from Parkville to PV to get the meals since they don't deliver here with high expectations based on reviews. I have also tried other meal services such as Chef KC, My Protein 99, etc, so I have a certain level of expectation for these kind of "easy meals." These were some of my least favorites, with My Protein 99 (which is half the cost) being the best thus far. I wasn't even going to write a review, but after trying my 2nd pulled Mac and cheese and the beef being crunchy and hard wirh weird pieces of what I think is bone, I felt compelled to write this review. The food is sub par and I will not be driving that far again for any of their meals. I wish I had the experience the other reviews on here had, but that just wasn't the case for me.

As a single man it’s hard to cook for just one, especially if you need to cook healthy food. I recently decided to start a keto diet and in my search I found KITCH right down the street. I’m amazed, I wish I would have tried this sooner!! The food is reasonably priced for the volumes of flavor, the selections are diverse and so much better than I could ever make myself. Now I’m eating full keto with EXCELLENT tasting food from a LOCALLY owned company and couldn’t be happier.Thank you KITCH

I have used a lot of different meal services. Kitch is incredible! The food is excellent and not over packaged. Too much packaging is always a concern and they keep it minimal. The food is tasty and keeps me on track during the week. I have been recommending it to anyone who I think would benefit from a fresh, local and nutritious meals.

I’m not one to leave reviews but I have been trying Kitch for the last three weeks and have been really impressed with the quantity, flavor and quality of food.Several of the meals it felt like I had ordered from my favorite restaurants, they were that tasty!Sure, occasionally there’s a meal that isn’t my cup of tea but it’s more user error when trying new types of food than it is Kitch’s fault.I used to do Factor and this is hands down better quality and consistency. Plus, with their token system, I can order food when I need it and not have it going bad in my fridge during the weeks I’m out of town. ????

I’ve tried 9 different meals from Kitch and I have to say that only 6 out of the 9 were good. One of them was so spicy, I couldn’t taste what I was eating and I had to give it away. I wish their website detailed the spice levels of each entree like other meal services do (I sent an email about this but no one ever responded). Another entree I tried which was the chicken and cilantro lime rice, had something wrong with the chicken. It was inedible. Chewy and tough. You couldn’t really bite into it. I let my roommate try it for herself and she said something wasn’t right with it. So tossed it in the trash. It was that bad. I had been relying on these meals as my lunch at work but at $10+ a meal, I just can’t afford to waste money on gambling if the entrees are good or not. Sorry Kitch :(

My husband and I have a toddler and are expecting our second in just a couple weeks, so cooking dinner has NOT been a priority lately. We started a Kitch membership a few weeks ago, and are hooked! The menu is huge, the quality is great, and it's delivered to our front door every Monday morning. We don't have to worry about meal planning, grocery shopping, or cooking. It's affordable, and worth EVERY penny. We will definitely be long-term customers!

I just had the beef stroganoff, it was delicious. This is the third meal I have tried. I have enjoyed ALL. I have 4 more meals, after which I will joining for the 4 meals per week package. I have referred Kitch to several people. This is perfect for older folks who live alone. GREAT FOOD!
