We visited Summersault today. We saw an employee get out of the car and enter into the ice cream shop. He put down his backpack and immediately asked us what we wanted to order; he didn’t wash his hands upon entering the shop and we felt uncomfortable when he asked us for our order without washing his hands and touching the spoons and cups. When we mentioned to the employee that he should wash his hands, he argued with us about it saying he washed them before he got in the car. We really feel all employees in a food service should be washing their hands immediately upon entering the business prior to touching anything and helping customers with food. No gloves were used by employees here.

Some of the best ice cream I have ever had. The atmosphere was so cozy and I am amazed with how genuine and friendly the staff was. There are so many unique flavors, but still offer the classics, and they do them both very well. All were incredibly creamy and delicious. I ordered the Hokey Pokey and Cookies and Cream, but was able to taste many of the other flavors. Next time your looking for exceptional ice cream, this is a great place to try!

First time in and the vegan ice cream was terrible. The two girls working (who seemed to be teenagers) had zero clue what was going on. They were not helpful ( like pulling teeth to get a question answered), not informed on the products they were selling, and terrible customer care. Ice cream was icy. Vanilla tasted like straight coconut. The Mint and salted caramel was overpowered with an artifical flavor. I Tried to pay with cash and they wouldn't accept it. I wont be going back to say the least.Dietary restrictions: Vegan Ice cream was subpar not worth the money.

Stopped in for the first time ever after quadruple vaccines for our toddler. I think the owner was there and helped us. Super kind man. Very clean in the main lobby, and the bathrooms.Insofar as food options go, there were lots of traditional ice cream flavors as well as “fancier” and seasonal selections on hand. There were vegan ice creams, ice cream sandwiches, cookies, cake pops, and (surprisingly) a small selection of Andre’s chocolates available for purchase. I didn’t inquire about dietary restrictions because we don’t have any, but there was peanut butter used in several of the ice creams.Parking was abundant. It is easily accessible to the mobility impaired, however the door is not on a motor, so anyone in a wheel chair, crutches, etc, will need a hand. It is not a heavy door, though.Anyway, I’m delighted we stopped in and I think we’ll be getting our ice cream here from now on.Oh, and excellent service as well as competitive pricing!

Stopped on a whim after searching for homemade ice cream places. It was so good. Had the superhuman and hatch chili cornbread. Love that they have unusual creative flavors ?
Such a gem in our neighborhood. Love the atmosphere, the walk up window option, the seasonal flavors and nods to KC.

Great selection of flavors... ...Especially for the dairy free customer. My wife said her non-dairy selection was "best ever". The service was great...even at a busy pace....patient and pleasant young ladies. The prices were fantastic for a "One Off" ice cream shop. I treated seven people for under $40, including a tip.

The ice cream I had here was so good! I'm a chocolate nut, so I got the chocolatiest option and it did not disappoint. The flavor, the hefty brownie chunks and crispy waffle cone left me not wanting!
