Two workers messed up both of my orders and proceed to talk badly about my husband and I as soon as we left. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. My husband and I were polite to the workers and lieutenant but the way they handled our situation was not proper. They seemed like they did not know what they were doing at all, and overall seemed very snoody.

Smoothies and food are really good, so much better than Smoothie King both in quality and variety. (Also every Smoothie King I’ve gone to is dingy and smells like an indoor pool so Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a bright and airy alternative.)

First time visiting Tropical Smoothie Cafe and was very pleased. I ordered the strawberry shortcake smoothie and OMG!!! It was so freaking good. Unfortunately it's only available until 5/9/23. I want to start a petition that it be added to the everyday menu. ITS THAT GOOD ??. I also love the fact that they give you a pretty nice sized cup for your buck.

Never once had a bad experience. Smoothies are phenomenal and the food is consistently prepared.
The Bahama Mama smoothie and the breakfast wrap were amazing. I will definitely be back.
