We only got a small Humble pie, to try their signature pizza. The deli meat they used as part of their toppings were not cut uniformly to size w/the rest of their toppings so a piece of salami or ham or whatever slid out, instead of being in the bite that was taken, so that's annoying. the cheese flavor was pretty good. The server (Tristan?) was very good, our food came out to us, straws, napkins everything that's needed to eat a piece of pizza & drink a glass of water. But he also was cleaning & helping the lady at the front, you could tell he was an integral part of that operation. The atmosphere is also interesting, you can tell it is a small town vibe, the sheriff runs the joint, they really really like little league baseball, the walls were cluttered with shots of the local Little League team in various reenacted poses from pop culture baseball movies. It was unique. All in all I can confidently say that it was ok. Another thing that stood that might be a positive is they had origami dollars on the wall by the register and I think that's cool when people try to cheer up a servers day with an extra dollar and the place lets them be displayed, so as to maybe cultivate an appreciation of art over moula? I thought it was intriguing more than bizarre.Parking: There are a few spaces right off the main drive through town, I could see on a busy day it would be difficult to park there.

Took almost 2 hours to cook a pizza. They lost our ticket. Was our first time eating there. We were from out of town . Didn’t even want to make it up for there service. If you have lots of time to spare go for it.

Awesome pizza place. I make the trip from KC to Liberal a few times a year. I try to time it so I can stop in at Humble Pie every trip!

One of the last great pizza places. All good. Light Krispy crust along with a delicious sauce and all the toppings you could ask for they don't skimp on things. They serve you a really good pizza.

Great little mom & pops pizza place. We got the cheese and bacon twists that were delicious, but could have used more cheese and bacon. We got the humble pie specialty and it was great. Thin crust and no grease. The service could have been better, but it wasn't terrible. The local baseball team pictures on the wall were fun to look at.

Humble pie is a family pizza place in Pratt, Kansas. The pizza hot wings was absolutely awesome. We were staying at a motel there in Pratt. They brought it to us. The only thing that I didn't like and they corrected it was they didn't bring his plates or forks. We didn't ask for them when we ordered either. The gentleman that brought us our order went back to the store and brought us the plates and forks with no complaints.

We’re not from the area, we were on our way back to Chicago and stumbled upon this adorable little pizza shop. We walked in, placed our order and were kindly seated. The son of I’m assuming the owners came up after a little bit deeply apologizing because he had forgot to place the order in and applied a very generous discount, if I lived in the area I’d come back again, if I road trip again in the future I think this cute shop would be my pick, the name was well chosen! I didn’t take any pictures but the pizza was delicious, large half cheese and half pepperoni.

We enjoyed eating our crustless pizzas while waiting for our laundry to get washed. Since we had to eat and do laundry together. We are truly blessedly thankful that we had this one on the go keto option here in town. Thank you.Dietary restrictions: I'm keto so if you are keto like me for health reasons. Cauliflower crust isn't keto. They are for the gluten-free people. These crusts are high in carbs. However, they do make crustless Supreme & crustless meat lovers for those who eat keto for health reasons like me.
