Stopped by at about 8:30 pm and ordered the fajita plate and after paying they told me they had no rice and asked if just beans was ok. I said sure trying not to be hard to get along with. But when I got to my truck I opened the plate and the beans where beyond dried out. Looked and tasted horrible. And there was just a handful of steak fajita in the container and had no flavor to it. I will not be back!!

I have to say they have pretty darn good food. I stopped for some ground beef tacos this time and they were really delicious. They are in a little yellow trailer next to Casey's Go check them out.

Taqueria Juarez is mostly take out they do have a table and a couple chairs outside during the warm weather to sit and enjoy your meal. You can pay with cash or they have square to pay with card which is nice for those who don’t like or carry cash. I like this place because it is fast service, great prices, amazing food, and the people working are always so sweet and friendly. If you haven’t checked this Taco Truck out it’s a must you won’t regret it! I love their Tacos Al Pastor and their bomb delicious horchata.Vegetarian options: They are willing to make whatever they can to please you. They have veggie burritos, quesadillas, tacos, and more.Kid-friendliness: The owners love kids and will make anything for a kid to be happy.Parking: There is lots of space to park and get your food which is nice. In many restaurants the place is packed and no parking!

I stopped to fuel at the Casey’s and this truck is conveniently located next to the pumps so I decided to order 3 tacos. They had them ready to go before I could finish fueling which is a huge plus for a trucker on the go. The barbacoa was as good as it gets. The salsa had a kick but nothing too crazy. Ill definitely be back. Thank you.
