Jonathan took care of me at the window and he was extremely nice, very attentive to my questions and all around put me in a better mood after a Long workday. He did absolutely amazing!

We ordered a large super Supreme thin crust pizza on sunday the 18th. It was delivered on time, delivery driver was was very nice, no issues there. BUT the pizza tasted horrible, we spent almost 30 dollars on a pizza that ended up in the trash. We should have listened to the reviews, cause that Pizza hut didn't any good reviews on Travelocity, don't think we will order from them again.

Last 3 visits pizza has not been delivered on time and/or delivery instructions not followed. Last night ordered it ahead of delivery time by 1.5 hours so they had plenty of time and they still called me after it was supposed to be at my house to tell me they could not fill my drink order. Cheese sticks were burnt as well. DO NOT use the Rose Hill Pizza Hut.

This Rose Hill location is consistently good at making the pizzas well and at being fast. Much better than the Wichita location we used to live by, which was hit or miss.

Since losing our PHut to inflation and unpopular food, and having to drive to another city 15 to 20 miles just to get a bad experience and un-edible food isn't worth it anymore. Store bought frozen pizza is the only affordable means of having a good experience and a satisfying dinner anymore.

Pizza Hut was dark and the tables were not cleaned, staff had no masks. Their uniforms were so filthy covered with grease and food stains - those aprons were weeks old dirty.Stuff was piled all over in boxes and on tables. Why don't they clean up and prepare for when the stores reopen? They were only taking call in orders. But I felt uncomfortable ordering because of the condition of the store. The uniforms and tables gave me the idea that the kitchen was in rough condition.

Ordered my pizzas and asked for green olives and black olives. Ordered a spicy pepperoni along with a side of anchovies and 4 sides of marinara sauce for 3 large pizzas. Once home they have no green olives and no anchovies. Called in and said they didn't offer any of those options, why would they say they can do it and put it on my order and then no actually have it? The manager Earl there did not offer any help and said he can remake the pizzas the wrong way again and not refund it. Pretty sure they are going to spit in my new wrong pizzas.

My husband went to pick up my pizza around 9:20/9:30 PM last night. We selected pick up purposely because we knew they were going to be closing at 10. Initially they gave him someone else’s order so he had to turn around and drive back. Then they attempt to re-make my pizza and STILL it was wrong. By the time I realized and tried to call again, they were closed. I understand we ordered close to closing but there’s just no excuse for giving us the wrong pizza not once, but twice.
