Traveling across the US, we have had some good and bad experiences with resteraunt food and experiences. I have to say the food in the Salina Applebees was outstandingly my! The service was fabulous, the music was great and in particular…the manager in trading- Doe- was outstanding! She was so friendly and welcoming! she even was protective of my purse that I had carelessly left on the back of my stool and made sure to get it off the floor and into a safer spot! Next time we’re traveling back through Dalina- it will be Applebees for sure! Way to go Doe! You rock!!

Shelby V is the best waitress at this Applebees! She is always friendly and great customer service. We witness and heard Carolyn yell at Shelby about food that was delivered to our table that Shelby did NOT bring to our table. It was not Shelby’s fault and we heard Carolyn yell at Shelby and even said we were rude for taking food that we didn’t order. We had 3 parties at our table so we didn’t know if of the others ordered the food it. Carolyn needs to not yell at her coworkers at ALL. She needs to go to a customer service class and get a better attitude towards her coworkers. Team work is better than yelling at coworkers. She was rude and unacceptable behavior especially to do at work in front of customers! Shelby is the only reason for the 5 star service reveiw.

Our server was great and the manager was awesome. The server trying to help our server was a little lacking, took our girls' drinks to the wrong table!!! Then took 10 minutes for them to remake their drinks! Food was great though!

We were a huge group of people, two groups of 11 ppl. They only had three cooks and 2 servers and they were all at the top of their game! We enjoyed every bit of our time there! Go try this location, they are awesome!
