Great coffee! My favorite is the Ember latte and their brewed coffee is very good too. Cinnamon rolls are delicious. The staff is always very friendly and provide great service. This is my go-to spot in Salina!

Lovely little spot that is very accessible on many people's daily commute. They have a modest selection of warm and cold drinks, with their signature drinks all made with a bit of spice for that extra bit of wake up. The quiche I got was savory and delicious and a fair portion for what I paid. I like the variety they add with rotating pastries, scones, and the quiche of the day.Customer service was quite friendlyI also really appreciate how they use paper based packaging, and hope they are eventually able source a decent sustainable replacement for the plastic cutleryWill definitely return again to try the next quiche!
