Our waitress was very kind, got our order correct, and made sure to check on us every so often and refill our drinks. The food also tasted delicious. Buffalo Wild Wings never disappoints.

We did an online order. After dealing with the slow, unresponsive/not user friendly app, the wings are half the size they have been. I'm talking so small, you're lucky to get two bites of chicken out of them. They were barely sauced as well. Dry and old tasting. This will be the last time BWW gets our business. Save yourself and grab wings somewhere else. The service has been lacking for years there too.

They would not seat my family when we got there. After finally getting seated the family ordered and they tell us they was out of barbecue sauce. Then the order came out at two different times. On top of that my wife never got her food. No discount nothing. #pissed

This is now the 2nd time we’ve tried to eat here…met with a line of people waiting to be seated. Yes, this is normal and expected…what isn’t expected is that none of the 7 people standing there tonight have even been “checked in” to be seated.Needless to say, there were more empty than full tables…walked out for the 2nd time in a row.

My server shaye z was amazing and absolutely one of the best servers I've ever had, for real, she deserves a raise!
From 3 stars down to 2, now. Take out order was to be ready at 7:20. Wasn't ready until 7:40. Got to vehicle and checked bag. Was missing an entire order of wings. Went back in, waited more for the wings. By the time we got home, everything was cold (except for the wings that were originally missing). I ordered two sauces for my 10 wings. Only got one sauce on all 10. Horrible.

After multiple orders messed up in the app I called the store was put on hold and never got picked back up. I then sent an email and heard back from Jackie. He passed the buck. Blamed us for not picking it all up vs them not putting it in a bag. (I took all they handed me) he could have cared less about the issues was just in a hurry to get me off the phone. Customer service has gone way down hill. Edit 1/1/24 placed another to go order this time they left the bun off a sandwich. They seem to struggle with to go orders.
