With this particular Dairy Queen the food and ice cream and never an issue more so than the service. The staff is never unfriendly or rude to customers by any means, but it's quite obvious that they're not very attentive to their jobs. Many orders could probably speed up significantly if they were to just pay attention to what they're doing instead of chattering to each other.
Store had to close for a few hours due to staffing shortage so you might want to call before you go. We used the walk up window and got our order fairly quick considering they just opened. Ice cream was great, soft pretzel hot and fresh, order was correct.

This place has the most horrible service. No one can talk to you on the intercom while waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes. Mind you there was only 2 cars in front of us. I have left this one and just headed to the one out south.
