Nice staff but manager had to help and yell at the person who was supposed to help, got a triple chocolate brown and couldn’t eat it. It was too hard you couldn’t get anything into it it sounded like I was hammering in a nail to the wall when it hit it with the METAL spoon, my boyfriend tried to bite it and couldn’t even do that. I could patch a wall with it that’s how hard it was.

No one else was in the drive-thru. Pulled up to the intercom and was asked to wait a moment. Waited more than 3 minutes & had to finally engage them to place the order.Had to tell the clerk 3x that I wanted a hamburger, without cheese. Then after waiting for far too long I finally received my food. I checked it and it has cheese on it. Had to go inside and wait for 1 of the 5 employees to stop messing around with each other and finally notice me at the counter. I asked them to remake the food, they did. When it came back 5 minutes later it was completely slathered in mustard and pickles. The mustard was running out of the sides.I addressed this with the employee who went to go make it for the 3rd time. I decided at that time to leave. While in the parking lot a woman, who I must assume is the manager, came out & asked me for my ticket #, and said she would refund me. I gave her my ticket # and told her thank you as she just walked away to go back inside. I'm glad I was refunded, but with that being said, it should not take 20 minutes to make a hamburger correctly and the manager should have been more professional. This DQ has really gone down hill. The food is bad and the service needs a lot of work.

Chocolate brownie blizzard was just glorified vanilla ice cream. No chocolate, no brownie, just a small amount of chocolate chips.
The french fries were not hot. Nor were they fresh.

Food was half cooked fires were still frozen , blizzard something was wrong with I believe the fudge it was making my mouth tingly and hurt my tounge not from being warm like the ice cream or the fudge or something was bad , then when I called I got n attitude from the girl saying there was nothing she could do , that that couldn't be the reason
