This was our first time at an IHOP. Being a large family, we love portion sizes and this location didn't disappoint. Our waitress was very very kind and made our visit exceptional.

Extremely quiet in there. Only 4 other customers besides me. Very boring atmosphere. Got my order wrong not once but twice. Food was cold and greasy. Could definitely tell they were using old already used oil to cook with. Kinda nasty

Will update.IHop is normally a very quick and easy experience for us, however this morning was the exception. We arrived about 9:30am, with parking lot about 1/3 full. Wait time to be seated was quick, with no que present. Waitress was very awesome, however she was very overloaded with tables. Wait time on food was about 30 mins. Waitress did her best and was very apologetic, she was a Rockstar! Checkout was a disaster. Took receipt to register as we were ready to leave and Waitress was busy so couldn't pay at table. Cashier said only Waitress could cash us out, so we waited more. Cashier was eventually able to cash me out (paying cash), but other party with us was going to pay with card, so we were told we had to wait on Waitress to do that, unwilling to wait longer to leave, I had extra cash and just rounded up to the next highest round amount and left the cash with the bill for them to sort out. By this time, a large que had started at the door, and the staff appeared to be getting overwhelmed. This was likely a unique scenario, and our Waitress as well as others visibly looked like they were trying. Food was on point with IHop standards and delicious! Hopefully, the existing staff gets the help they need, as they really were trying! But, unfortunately our experience due to this wasn't the greatest this time around. Will update if we make it back to try again next time through.

Terrible service, the waiters watching the cell phone all the time and sending messages, they do not offer other dishes, it took more than 30 minutes to pay and the waitress demanded the tip from me, I left it just out of courtesy.I like the food at Ihop but I wouldn't return to this place.

I'm convinced that 90 percent of the main franchises in America have already failed. Main reason: the "set it it and forget it" mentality. This is the crockpot business generation... buy up a dozen locations, hurry up and hire a bunch of people without properly vetting them, who don't care about customers whatsoever, and then off to Bahamian islands. Just check your bank account once a month and as long as u break even, who cares about the rest of it right? How is it 9a.m and the entrance mats are muddy .. but only 3 people in the restaurant? Why are the coffee cups dirty? Why are questionables walking out of the kitchen ... I'll tell ya. Nobody cares. Bye
We hadn't made it in for the Pumpkin Spice Pancakes. Decided we better get there before they were no longer on the menu. So glad we did. Delicious food, great waitress, no long wait to be seated, order and receive our food.
