So one day I was up in Salina and itching for Mexican food. I happened upon Jalisco's and order one of those Pick2 dinner combos. Beef Enchilada and Tamale with Rice and Beans and cheese sauce with the Red, it was. 'Twas good so I decided to take the leftovers home. And now we're on three days later and I've got some Munchies. So I pull out those leftovers and you know what? They even better on Day 3. Sure enough; It's true. You should try it!

Read reviews and were visiting from out of town and excited to give it a try. Upon entrance we asked to sit at the bar and the gentleman was rude and said no, even though it was empty. Felt very unwelcoming. We decided to take our money elsewhere.

Food is always fresh. I had their Fajitas a couple days ago. It's a slice of beef about 1/4 inch thick topped with sautéed onions. There were no tomatoes, no sour cream, or bell peppers so, I'm going to say I'll keep making them at home (photo is of homemade fajitas). I'm picky. I love veggies in my fajitas! But other than that, they offer fresh food and it's delicious! Their enchilada red sauce has a distinct flavor. Some light chocolate notes. Anyway, I only eat these with cheese n onions. I don't usually eat enchiladas with meat. In Texas, I recall the enchilada sauce was made with flour, red chili powder, sprinkle of cumin, and salt. Here, the sauce is made with only chilis which has a tiny bitter flavor...

My burrito came with a hole in the top like someone had pushed their finger into it. And there was a hair in the sauce.The men's bathroom was horrible. Bars have better restrooms. The toilet hardly flushes, the sink can only drip water, everything is dirty, the paper towel dispenser didn't work. Makes me wonder how the kitchen is if the bathroom is so bad.Service was good. Atmosphere was ok, but cramped.
Routinely leaves phone off the hook (to prevent calls) because they get “too busy”. At least have a voicemail set up. Makes me not want to support their business. We’ve brought it up with a manager multiple times and they just say “oh sorry”
