After waiting 57 mins for our order to be delivered, I called to let them know there was no cookie. I wasn't even going to ask for a credit because it was a bday reward but I wanted to share how frustrating it is to wait that long and have it be incorrect. The male that answered cut me off before I barely said anything and rapidly and flippantly asked, "Do you want me to just credit you because I'm in the middle of a huge order and can't talk?" I said, "don't worry about it." I then hung up. The store, I assume him, called me back and when I answered the phone, hung up on me. I assume for payback. This isn't the first episode with this store but it is definitely the last. One of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had anywhere.

The menu here offers sandwiches that are different from the normal sub shops. All of the sandwiches on the menu, of course, are customizable with a variety of selections. Bread is a choice of white in a Sub Roll, or wheat, thick sliced whole wheat bread. Great sides to choose from to pair up with your sub, and now a salad selection as well, and a very healthy portion for the price. The pickles here are a must, they are amazing.

Ordered a slim 1 which is a simple ham and cheese sandwich. The sandwich had lettuce and tomato on it along with the ham and cheese. I asked the girlfriend if she wanted subway or jimmy John's that night because we had watched the Jared from subway documentary and she said jimmy johns. But I think I will go to subway and risk meeting a predator before going back to jimmy johns. Grass clippings and the worst part of ketchup weren't supposed to be on my sandwich. I give it two stars because the employees were nice and patient with me. And jimmy johns in Salina won't deliver any farther than half a mile because it won't be "freaky fast."

The food was so good and the service was the best I've ever seen in 8 years I really recommend this because the inside is even fantastic but out of all I love the food the most.

got my order less than 4 minutes with spectacular service from the cashier who greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. the worker, I think his name is Adrian, got my sub made before I even left the cashier! absolutely no wait time what so ever. I was very impressed. good job JJ staff in Salina :)

I waited on my order for over an hr to be delivered. Called the store they said it was out already. 20 min later still haven't got my food. 20 dollars for a sandwich and soda that takes over an hr and a half to be delivered? Get my food and it's not even what I ordered. Wooow!!!!!
