I called to ask for the manager to say they had great service today then I asked for their name they refused then asked me my name and asked what the problem Is without giving me their name I tried to explain no problem but before I could finish my sentence they hung up all I wanted was to ask how to leave a good review now they’re getting this for terrible “chip” service

Cannot believe they do not have Parmesan cheese. Said it is to Expensive. Oh my Lord! We will buy it just get it back. And stop cutting down on the sauce on the pizza. It is like they paint it on as thin as possible.They are close to me not going back. Not as good as even six months ago.

Negative stars please! The worst customer service. Argued with me about my order because they put it in wrong and when I asked they yelled and treated me as though I made the mistake. They wouldn't make it right either. Then got home and realized they shorted me 3 of the sauces I paid for. The 3 crazy combos were all undercooked. Had to cook at home in air fryer to be able to eat it. The pizza also barely had any sauce on it. NEVER GETTING MY BUSINESS AGAIN! Kindness goes a long way!

Got dinner tonight and when I went to open the "crazy sauce" that came with our bread sticks, there was a HUGE growth of mold. Black with white fuzz growing from it. Actually made me nauseous ?

Ordered pizza online. Chip said he didn't have my order. Cusses my friend out that was picking it up. Fallowed her out to her car making threats. Said he is the owner. What kind of crazy nonsense is going on

Words cannot express the happiness I have for this store right now. We used to always stop at this place for crazy bread as we traveled because we don’t have a little Caesar’s near us. We recently had tried other places and none of them are as good as this store. They definitely have their stuff together. But tonight they made it even better. My daughter traveling along i70 stopped at the little Caesar’s in Junction city for 5 bags of crazy bread. As she got into the interstate she opened a bag and saw there was no seasoning at all on them and they were burnt she tried many times to call with no answer at all so as she was approaching Salina I decided to call Salina to maybe see if they could get ahold of that store. The awesome manager I believe he said his name was Kip! He just insisted on making it right at his store rather than us dealing with the other one since we could not get ahold of them at all. All of our future stops will now be at the little Caesar’s in Salina. They Rock!! Thank you so much you didn’t have to go out of your way but you did. Speaks volume!!

Order a pizza online so it should be hot and fresh right ? Nope, looks like it was left over from the lunch crowd. You know how food is that is left under a heat lamp ? Yeah, that’s what they serve here and hardly any sauce. This place is almost at the bottom of the barrel.

The pizza was burnt I took it back and the manager said that it is normal. They confessed to giving out burnt pizzas and passing it as normal. The customer service was borderline decent at best I wouldn't go over there again if I didn't eat in a week.

Terrible service every time. I got kicked out by the general manager for letting him know about previous problems. The general manager is VERY VERY rude and talks trash on other pizza restaurants. Denies that his store has ANY problems!! Not a professional environment at all. Hope that corporate steps in sometime.
